Who is responsible
UK Casinopedia is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us about anything in this policy, including a request to see, correct or delete your data, through the contact form.
If you use the contact form
We collect your name, your email address, the topic you choose and your message, and use them only to reply to you. Messages are kept while the conversation is open and deleted within 12 months after it ends. We do not add you to a mailing list. We also keep a short one-way hash of your IP address for 24 hours to block repeated automated submissions. It cannot be turned back into your address.
Offer clicks
When you open the casino offers page or follow an offer link, the server notes the page you came from, a general device and browser type, and the country reported by our network provider, so we can see which pages lead to offers. It also checks whether the connection comes from a VPN or data centre, using an IP lookup service. We do not store your IP address, and nothing is linked to your name. Any short-lived records are held in memory for up to two hours.
Server logs
Our host and our network provider, Cloudflare, keep standard access logs that include IP addresses. These are used to keep the site secure and running, and they are not used to build profiles.
What we do not do
We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, we do not sell personal data, and we do not build profiles of readers. There are no reader accounts.
When you leave the site
If you follow a link to an operator, its own privacy policy applies from that point. An affiliate network may record that the visit came from us so that a fee can be credited. We never receive your name, your account details or anything about your play.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Ask through the contact form and we will reply within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Legal basis
We reply to messages and measure offer clicks on the basis of legitimate interests: you asked us to reply, and we need to know whether the offers page works. We use no consent-based processing because we run no analytics or advertising cookies.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will say so on this page and update the date at the top.
