AllWins is an offshore casino run by Internovas Limited, a Belize company, under Anjouan licence ALSI-202508029-FI1. It holds no Gambling Commission licence. The site opened normally for UK visitors on 19 October 2026 and priced its offers in pounds, but its own terms list the United Kingdom as a Restricted Territory and say any money deposited from a restricted country "will be considered forfeit and will not be returned".
It scores 2.9 out of 10. The licence is real and the company is named. Almost everything else works against a British player, starting with that forfeiture clause.
Facts on this page are as of 19 October 2026.

Licence and ownership: 2.5
The footer and the terms name Internovas Limited of Belize as owner and operator, and WebHead LTD in Limassol, Cyprus, as the subsidiary that manages operations. The licence is ALSI-202508029-FI1, granted by the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority.
That checks out. The Anjouan validator linked from the footer shows Internovas Limited, allwinscasino.com and an operating status of VALID. The Anjouan public register lists the same licence as B2C, issued on 13 August 2025 and expiring on 12 August 2027, covering five domains: allwinscasino.com, lordofspins.com, partyspinz.com, spinshouse.com and casinonapoli.com.
The same validator page also says the Anjouan licence "is not valid in, and does not extend to" a list of excluded territories, and the United Kingdom is on it. Complaints from players in those territories "will not be entertained" by the Anjouan authorities. So a British player has no regulator at all.
Neither Internovas nor AllWins is on the Gambling Commission register. Our guide to checking a UK casino licence shows what a GB licence covers instead.
Is AllWins open to UK players?
No, by its own rules. Clause 4.2 of the terms names the United Kingdom as a Restricted Territory, alongside the USA, Greece, Cyprus, Malta and others. Clause 4.4 says funds deposited by anyone located in a Restricted Territory, "whether permanently or temporarily", are forfeit.
On 19 October 2026 the site did not act on that. UK visitors saw the full lobby, a currency setting of GBP, offers in pounds and a sign-up window headed "250% up to £1,500 on your 1st deposit". That combination is the worst case: the casino takes the sign-up, and its terms give it grounds to keep the deposit. Do not rely on an offshore casino ignoring its own restricted list.
Bonus terms: 2.5
The sign-up window advertises 250% up to £1,500 on the first deposit. The promotions page lists a 50% daily reload up to £50 for deposits of £10 or more (code DRB50), a 75% Weekend Special with 15 spins, 50 daily spins on a Betsoft slot, Monday and Tuesday reloads of 80%, and around a dozen game-themed offers between 50% and 90% plus free spins. Every offer is claimed with a deposit code in the cashier.
The general terms carry the rules that matter:
- 33x wagering on the Welcome Bonus Package.
- 7 days to use a bonus before it is removed.
- Slots only unless an offer says otherwise; table games count 10% where allowed, and a list of named slots also counts only 10%.
- Irregular play: total bets of 30% or more of the smallest deposit or bonus in play, buying features at that cost, or switching game categories while wagering can void winnings.
- Bonus balance rule: bonuses are not given if your balance is above €1 or a withdrawal is pending when you deposit.
The withdrawal caps tied to deposits are harsher than the wagering. With €200 or less in deposits in play, the most you can withdraw is ten times the smallest deposit. A no-deposit bonus pays out at most €50. Cashback winnings are capped at ten times the cashback. On a £20 first deposit, a £1,000 win would be cut to £200. See our wagering requirements guide for how these rules stack. 18+. If gambling stops being fun, call the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133.
Deposits and withdrawals: 2.0
Withdrawals start at €100 and are capped at €5,000 in any rolling 30 days. Requests outside those limits are declined and the money goes back to your balance. Each deposit must be wagered once before a withdrawal is approved, and if it is not, the casino may charge its processing costs.
The withdrawal policy says deposits are reversed to the original method and "any additional winnings will be sent by Wire Transfer to your bank account". Bank transfers take 5 business days, on top of up to 5 business days of processing once documents are approved. Documents not sent within 5 business days can see the request declined. The casino may also insist on a phone check.
Dormant accounts lose 10% of the balance a month after 180 days without a bet, and balances of €10 or less can be forfeited. Our fast withdrawal casinos guide covers sites that pay out far quicker.
Games and software: 5.0
The provider filter lists 58 studios, led by Betsoft, Booongo, Evoplay, BGaming, Playson, Novomatic and Spinomenal, with live tables from Vivo Gaming, SA Gaming and LuckyStreak. The big names UK players look for, such as Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Evolution, are not in the filter. The lobby has slots, live games, table games and a tournaments page.
Support and complaints: 3.0
The about page promises replies "20 hours a day, 7 days a week", then gives the hours as "4 AM to 12 PM (GTM)", which is eight hours, not twenty. Complaints go to [email protected], with a final response promised within four weeks, extendable by four more. After a deadlock letter the terms name CADRE as a free independent dispute service, which is more than many offshore casinos offer. The Anjouan authority says it does not mediate individual disputes, and it excludes UK players in any case.
Safer gambling tools: 2.5
Self-exclusion runs from 6 months to 5 years, requested by email, and applies within 24 hours. Permanent self-exclusion closes the account and forfeits any remaining funds, which is a poor rule for someone trying to stop. The responsible gaming page suggests setting a deposit limit but does not describe an account tool for it, though clause 8.3.9 of the terms caps withdrawals at five times any deposit limit you set. Self-excluding from one Internovas brand does not cover the others unless you ask each one. AllWins is not part of GAMSTOP.

AllWins sister sites
Four other casinos sit on Internovas Limited's Anjouan licence, and each carries the same footer naming Internovas and WebHead LTD:
| Sister site | Domain |
|---|---|
| Lord of the Spins | lordofspins.com |
| PartySpinz | partyspinz.com |
| Spins House | spinshouse.com |
| Napoli Casino | casinonapoli.com |
All four opened for UK visitors on 19 October 2026. Clause 14.3 of the AllWins terms says the brands are run separately, so a self-exclusion has to be requested at each.
Who AllWins suits
Not UK players. Its terms bar the United Kingdom and let it keep deposits made from here, withdrawals are capped at €5,000 a month, and winnings above your deposits arrive by bank wire. A Gambling Commission licensed casino gives you GAMSTOP, a free independent complaints service and no forfeiture clause.
AllWins alternatives that take UK sign-ups
AllWins bars the United Kingdom in its terms and caps withdrawals at €5,000 every 30 days with a €100 minimum. JetSetSpins and NeonStake list the United Kingdom as a sign-up country and quote limits in GBP, with a weekly cap of £8,000 under their withdrawal policy, though they pay out only in crypto, need £100 a request and hold no licence we could verify on any regulator's register. More current offers are on our casino offers page.
JetSetSpins gives a choice on the first deposit: 200% up to £10,000 plus 100 free spins from £30, with 20x wagering on the bonus only and seven days to clear it, or 250 free spins with no wagering at all. Either way the deposit also unlocks the Royal Wheel, one free spin a day for seven days.
NeonStake matches the 200% up to £10,000 plus 100 free spins from a lower £20 deposit, at the same 20x on the bonus, or 200 wager-free spins from £50. It also pays 10% of the previous day's slot losses back every day as cash, with no wagering.
Both are sister sites on one platform, with casino, live casino and sportsbook on a single account. They pay out in crypto only, £100 to £500 per request. Neither names the company behind it, and neither holds a licence we could verify on any regulator's register, so GAMSTOP and the UK complaints route do not cover them. If you have self-excluded, they are not for you. Both offers and their full terms are side by side on our casino offers page.
