Luckland is no longer a casino a UK player can join. It was one of Aspire Global's white label brands, and in Great Britain it ran under AG Communications Limited, Gambling Commission account 39483. The register now lists luckland.com as an inactive domain on that account, the casino's terms dropped their Great Britain section in 2022, and on 19 October 2026 luckland.com showed a casino review and bonus site with no cashier.
It scores 2.1 out of 10. That score is for the brand as it stands: no casino, no licence covering the domain and no one to complain to. The old site was a licensed, mainstream white label with ordinary terms.
Facts on this page are as of 19 October 2026.

Licence and ownership: 2.0
Luckland's own terms, version 255 dated 19 September 2021, said that in Great Britain the games were "operated by AG Communications Limited", a Malta company with registration number C48328, "licensed and regulated by the United Kingdom Gambling Commission (Under account number: 39483)". Outside Britain the brand was owned by Grasswood and run by Aspire Global International LTD under Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/B2C/148/2007.
The Gambling Commission register still shows AG Communications Limited, account 39483, with an active remote casino, bingo and betting licence. Every domain it lists on the account is marked inactive, luckland.com among them. So the licence still exists, but it no longer covers Luckland.
The register also records a regulatory settlement. On 4 February 2025 AG Communications Limited agreed to pay £1,407,834 in lieu of a financial penalty, after a review found anti-money laundering and social responsibility failings between May 2023 and October 2024, including customer interaction, identity checks and self-exclusion. The settlement also included divestment, costs and a public statement. Our guide to checking a UK casino licence shows how to look up an account's domains and actions yourself.
Is Luckland open to UK players?
No. The terms updated in July 2022 no longer contain the Great Britain section or name AG Communications, and by 2025 the old casino address forwarded to a page headed "Blocked country". By January 2026 luckland.com had become a casino review and bonus comparison site, and on 19 October 2026 it showed "Best Online Casinos" rankings with sign-up buttons for other brands. It has no Luckland account, login or cashier.
Other sites use the Luckland name. luckland.ca, for example, presents itself as "Luckland Casino" for Canada under an unnamed Curaçao licence. None of them is the Aspire Global casino, and none is on the Gambling Commission register.
Bonus terms: 2.0
There is no offer to claim. The bonus policy published in January 2022 set the welcome bonus at 100% up to €400 on the first deposit, for deposits of €20 or more. The May 2024 version quoted the same offer in dollars. The rules were:
- 35x wagering on the bonus amount, so a €30 bonus needed €1,050 of bets.
- 21 days to complete it.
- Maximum bet of €4, €0.50 per line or 15% of the bonus while wagering.
- Excluded games included all roulette, blackjack, baccarat and video poker.
- Free spin and no-deposit winnings capped at €100, with 50x wagering.
- One welcome bonus across all Aspire Global brands.
Those were standard terms for a white label of the time. Our wagering requirements guide explains what 35x meant in practice, and our casino offers page lists offers you can still claim. 18+. If gambling stops being fun, call the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133.
Deposits and withdrawals: 2.0
The cashout page gave expected processing times of instant to 6 business days for debit and credit cards, 2 to 6 days for wire transfers, instant to 2 days for Neteller, Skrill, PayPal and MuchBetter, and instant to 4 days for Trustly and instant banking. Requests could not be cancelled once marked "In Process". Luckland offered seven currencies, pounds among them.
Accounts with no login for 12 months were marked inactive and charged €5 a month. Balances can be withdrawn from a closed or dormant account by logging in and asking, according to the 2024 terms. With the casino gone, a player with an old balance should contact Aspire Global's support channels and keep emails and statements as evidence. Our fast withdrawal casinos guide covers licensed sites that pay quickly.
Games and software: 3.0
The August 2022 lobby had casino, live casino and sport sections. Its featured titles included Book of Dead, Big Bass Bonanza, Starburst, Wolf Gold, Reactoonz and Fire Joker, with Evolution blackjack, roulette and baccarat tables. It was a broad, mainstream mix. It is gone, and the score reflects only what the site used to be.
Support and complaints: 1.5
UK players used to email [email protected], and the 2021 terms let a GB player take an unresolved dispute to IBAS free of charge after 8 weeks. Outside Britain the ADR body was ThePOGG, with the Malta Gaming Authority above it. Support ran 7 days a week from 8am to midnight CET. None of that applies to the current luckland.com, which has no link to Aspire Global.
Safer gambling tools: 2.0
The licensed site offered daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, time-outs of 1 week, 1 month or 6 weeks, self-exclusion and a reality check. AG Communications Limited was also bound by GAMSTOP while it served Britain. The Commission's 2025 settlement found the company in breach of the remote self-exclusion code between October 2022 and May 2024. A GAMSTOP registration still blocks every UK-licensed casino, but not the unlicensed sites trading on the Luckland name.

Luckland sister sites
Luckland shared AG Communications Limited's Gambling Commission account with about 75 other domains, including Karamba, Hopa, Casiplay, Jaak Casino, Griffon Casino, LuckyThrillz, Atlantic Spins, Mr Play and Slotanza. The register shows all of them as inactive on 19 October 2026.
Who Luckland suits
Nobody, today. There is no Luckland casino to join, and the domain now points players to other brands. If you want a site like the old Luckland, choose one shown as active on the Gambling Commission register.
Luckland alternatives that take UK sign-ups
Luckland's last welcome offer asked for 35x the bonus from a €20 deposit, while JetSetSpins and NeonStake set 20x the bonus on their first-deposit offers, from £30 and £20. Both take UK sign-ups, but neither holds a licence we could verify on any regulator's register, neither names a company in its terms and both pay out only in crypto.
JetSetSpins gives a choice on the first deposit: 200% up to £10,000 plus 100 free spins from £30, with 20x wagering on the bonus only and seven days to clear it, or 250 free spins with no wagering at all. Either way the deposit also unlocks the Royal Wheel, one free spin a day for seven days.
NeonStake matches the 200% up to £10,000 plus 100 free spins from a lower £20 deposit, at the same 20x on the bonus, or 200 wager-free spins from £50. It also pays 10% of the previous day's slot losses back every day as cash, with no wagering.
Both are sister sites on one platform, with casino, live casino and sportsbook on a single account. They pay out in crypto only, £100 to £500 per request. Neither names the company behind it, and neither holds a licence we could verify on any regulator's register, so GAMSTOP and the UK complaints route do not cover them. If you have self-excluded, they are not for you. Both offers and their full terms are side by side on our casino offers page.
