PlayAmo is not open to UK players. Its own terms list the United Kingdom among restricted countries, and on 19 October 2026 playamo.com showed UK visitors a page reading "Great Britain players are not allowed to visit this casino". It has no Gambling Commission licence.
It scores 4.0 out of 10. The game library is large and the responsible gambling tools are better than most offshore sites, but the licence record does not hold together and the brand is closed to Britain.
Facts on this page are as of 19 October 2026.
The real site is playamo.com. Sites such as playamo.co.uk use the PlayAmo name, logo and offers with their own pages and their own licence wording, and are not covered here.

Licence and ownership: 2.5
The licence story has changed twice in a year. PlayAmo's terms, last updated 23 January 2024 and still published in December 2025, named Dama N.V. of Curaçao, company 152125, under Curaçao Gaming Control Board licence OGL/2023/174/0082. The Curaçao Gaming Authority shows that licence as active for Dama N.V. since 23 August 2024, with one approved domain: dazard.club. PlayAmo is not on it.
By September 2026 the site footer named Novatrix SRL of Costa Rica, registration 3-102-893958, and said PlayAmo was licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan under licence ALSI-202508056-FI2. The Anjouan register lists that licence as valid for Novatrix SRL from 25 August 2025 to 24 August 2027, covering 66 domains including Woo Casino, King Billy, Casinonic and Fortune Play. Playamo.com is not one of the 66.
So PlayAmo has twice claimed licences whose regulator does not list its domain. Neither company appears on the Gambling Commission register. Our guide to checking a UK casino licence shows how to test a claim like this yourself.
Is PlayAmo open to UK players?
No. The terms published in December 2025 name the United Kingdom in the list of countries whose players are "prohibited from playing real money wagering games at PlayAmo", along with the United States, Spain, France, the Netherlands and many others. The terms add that the casino cannot guarantee withdrawals or refunds to players who breach that policy. On 19 October 2026 the site showed UK visitors the restriction page above and nothing else.
The terms also say that hiding your location with a private network "is not restricted". That does not make a UK account safe: the restricted country clause still applies, and a player found to be in Britain risks losing the balance. We do not recommend trying. A GAMSTOP registration does not stop a PlayAmo account being opened, which is one more reason this brand is a poor fit for British players.
Bonus terms: 2.5
UK visitors are not shown any offer. In September 2026 the Canadian version of the site advertised a 100% first-deposit bonus up to 500 CAD with code FIRSTDEP, a 50% second-deposit bonus up to 1,000 CAD with code SECONDDEP, a Friday reload with code RELOAD, Monday free spins and a high roller bonus with code HIGHROLLER.
The bonus terms as published in June 2025 set:
- 50x wagering on all deposit bonuses, and 50x on free spin and no deposit winnings
- a maximum bet of 5 EUR while a bonus is active
- a 20 EUR minimum deposit for any deposit bonus
- no bonuses on cryptocurrency deposits
- a 50 EUR cap on winnings from a no deposit bonus
50x is well above what most casinos ask. Our wagering requirements guide shows what that multiple means in stakes.
Deposits and withdrawals: 4.0
The September 2026 Canadian page listed Visa, Mastercard and Maestro, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin, Litecoin and Tether, plus Interac and Instadebit. Accepted currencies in the terms include EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD and several cryptocurrencies. GBP is not among them.
The December 2025 terms set these withdrawal rules:
- each deposit must be wagered three times before it can be withdrawn
- withdrawals are capped at 4,000 a day, 16,000 a week and 50,000 a month in USD, EUR, CAD, AUD or NZD, with higher limits possible for VIP players
- bank wire withdrawals start at 500 USD, EUR or AUD
- players with self-exclusion or account restrictions face much lower caps: 500 a day, 1,500 a week and 5,000 a month
- an account with no log-in for 12 months is charged 10 EUR a month
The FAQ says most withdrawals are processed quickly and some take up to 12 hours, while the terms warn that some methods take up to five banking days. Verification can be requested at any time, including by live video call, and you have two weeks to complete it.
Games and software: 6.5
The homepage claims more than 3,500 games from 40 providers, with live dealers from Evolution. Lobby categories include slots, live casino, bonus buy, Megaways, Hold and Win, instant wins and bingo, with tournaments, missions, a bonus store and prize drops. The FAQ says most games are provably fair. This is PlayAmo's strongest area.
Support and complaints: 4.5
Support is by 24/7 live chat and email to [email protected]. Complaints go to the support team and are escalated internally. The terms name no independent dispute service, and neither Curaçao nor Anjouan gives a British player a practical route to appeal.
Safer gambling tools: 4.0
The responsible gaming page offers deposit, loss and wager limits by day, week or month, session limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion, with decreases applied at once and increases only after email confirmation. That is a fuller set than most offshore casinos publish. PlayAmo is not part of GAMSTOP, and a self-excluded player's balance is paid out under the reduced caps listed above.
Overall score
| Area | Score |
|---|---|
| Licence and ownership | 2.5 |
| Bonus terms | 2.5 |
| Deposits and withdrawals | 4.0 |
| Games and software | 6.5 |
| Support and complaints | 4.5 |
| Safer gambling tools | 4.0 |
| Overall | 4.0 |
The overall score is the average of the six areas. Because the site is closed to the UK, it relies on PlayAmo's terms as published in December 2025, its bonus terms from June 2025, its September 2026 footer and the Curaçao and Anjouan registers.
Who PlayAmo suits
Not UK players. The terms bar the UK, the site showed UK visitors a restriction page on 19 October 2026, and the licence claims do not match either regulator's records. Our fast withdrawal casinos guide lists sites that are licensed for Britain.
PlayAmo alternatives that take UK sign-ups
PlayAmo lists the UK as a restricted country and showed UK visitors a restriction page on 19 October 2026, while JetSetSpins and NeonStake both offer the United Kingdom at sign-up and leave it off their restricted lists. Their first-deposit bonuses carry 20x wagering against PlayAmo's 50x, though neither names a company in its terms and both pay withdrawals in cryptocurrency only.
JetSetSpins gives a choice on the first deposit: 200% up to £10,000 plus 100 free spins from £30, with 20x wagering on the bonus only and seven days to clear it, or 250 free spins with no wagering at all. Either way the deposit also unlocks the Royal Wheel, one free spin a day for seven days.
NeonStake matches the 200% up to £10,000 plus 100 free spins from a lower £20 deposit, at the same 20x on the bonus, or 200 wager-free spins from £50. It also pays 10% of the previous day's slot losses back every day as cash, with no wagering.
Both are sister sites on one platform, with casino, live casino and sportsbook on a single account. They pay out in crypto only, £100 to £500 per request. Neither names the company behind it, and neither holds a licence we could verify on any regulator's register, so GAMSTOP and the UK complaints route do not cover them. If you have self-excluded, they are not for you. Both offers and their full terms are side by side on our casino offers page.
