Seven Casino review

Seven Casino is a casino and sportsbook that now trades from 777seven.casino, owned and operated by Exceptiosoft LTD of Cyprus under Anjouan licence ALSI-202606020-FI1. It has no Gambling Commission licence. Its terms name the United Kingdom as a country whose residents may not register, and on 19 October 2026 777seven.casino showed UK visitors a page headed "Sorry, you have been blocked".

It scores 3.0 out of 10. The welcome wagering, 10x in its last published promotions, is unusually low. Against that sit a UK ban, a €1,000 a day withdrawal cap, three different owners in three years and a very poor complaints record.

The footer on 777seven.casino in October 2026 says the site is "owned and operated by Exceptiosoft LTD, registration number: HE 487571", with a registered address in Lakatameia, Nicosia, and operates under Anjouan licence ALSI-202606020-FI1. The Anjouan Gaming register confirms it: Exceptiosoft LTD, Valid, B2C, issued 12 June 2026 and expiring 11 June 2027, with 777seven.casino among 21 domains.

The brand has changed hands before. In 2023 seven.casino named GROUP GAEM B.V., a Curaçao company, as owner, with a Cyprus payment agent called GAEM LIMITED. By 2025 the brand ran on seven7.casino, which the Anjouan register still lists under Rabocse SRL and licence ALSI-202412035-FI2. Seven7.casino now forwards elsewhere.

The published terms do not help. Clause 1.2 of the version last updated in March 2024 reads, in full, "The Company is licensed." No company is named in them, and the governing law clause points to Curaçao even though the licence is from Anjouan. Is Seven Casino open to UK players?

No. Clause 3.1.2 of the terms, in the version last updated on 13 March 2024 and still published in September 2025, says you may not register "if you are a resident of, or accessing the Website from" a list of countries that includes the United Kingdom, alongside the USA, France, Spain, Germany and the Netherlands. The 2023 terms on seven.casino also listed the United Kingdom.

On 19 October 2026 777seven.casino returned a block page to UK visitors, and so did several of its sister domains. Clause 17.3 lets the casino block an account and forfeit "all account balances without prior notice" where a player uses a proxy or similar service to hide their location.

Bonus terms: 3.0

The current sign-up window offers two packages. The slots package is advertised as 450% up to €7,500 over four deposits:

The sports package is 300% up to C$3,500 over three deposits in the Canadian version of the page. The promotions page in January 2025 set the welcome bonuses at 10x wagering and the weekly reloads (Monday Reload, Wednesday Madness and Finally Friday, each up to €500) at 45x.

The general terms add the catches:

• €2 maximum bet while a bonus is active. A bigger bet forfeits the winnings tied to it.
• Winnings capped at 10 times the bonus. On a €250 first bonus, the most you can win from it is €2,500.
• No-deposit winnings capped at €100 or twice the bonus.
• Feature buys banned with an active bonus, and a list of nearly 300 named slots, plus all live casino games and sports, cannot be played with one.
• Cashback is only for VIP customers.

Deposits and withdrawals: 2.5

Clause 6.13 sets the minimum withdrawal for bank, e-wallet and crypto at €100, the daily limit at €1,000 and the weekly limit at €2,000. Only one withdrawal request is allowed per 24 hours on some methods, and only one pending withdrawal per method. Withdrawals are "typically processed within three (3) banking days".

At €2,000 a week, a €10,000 win takes five weeks to come out. Each deposit must be wagered once before withdrawal. A full KYC check, including a selfie holding your ID, is required for any withdrawal or once lifetime deposits pass €2,000, and the terms say reviews usually take 48 hours. Winnings are also capped at €100,000 a day.

Games and software: 5.5

The October 2026 lobby filtered slots by about 50 studios, including Play'n GO, Hacksaw, Microgaming, Novomatic, Playtech, Relax Gaming, Quickspin, BGaming and Spribe, and offered live dealer tables from 12 studios such as Vivo, XPG and LuckyStreak. There is also a sportsbook and a predictions section. The library is the site's strongest area.

Support and complaints: 2.5

Seven Casino advertises 24/7 human live chat and email. The complaints clause is strict: you must report a disputed game result within 7 calendar days, email unresolved complaints within 7 days of the incident, and the company may take up to 60 business days to answer an email complaint. For game disputes its own back-office data is "conclusive evidence". No independent dispute service is named.

Sixty business days is close to three months. A Gambling Commission licensed casino must resolve a complaint within eight weeks and then let the player take it to a free independent dispute service.

Safer gambling tools: 2.0

The terms offer self-exclusion by email, which cannot be shortened once set, and a "permanent" closure that lasts 30 days before you can ask to reopen the account. Seven Casino is not part of GAMSTOP, so a GAMSTOP registration does not stop it.
