Betmac is run by Sefiarray B.V., a Curaçao company that holds Curaçao licence OGL/2024/842/0350. It has no Gambling Commission licence. Its confirmed sister sites are Betti, CasinoWays and TrustStake, which share the same company, the same licence certificate and almost every word of the same terms.

Unlike many offshore brands, Betmac names its operator in the footer and in its terms, and the licence can be checked on the Curaçao regulator's own pages. It does not list the United Kingdom as a restricted country. That makes it reachable from Britain, not regulated for Britain, and the difference matters once money is involved.

Facts on this page are as of 19 October 2026.

Who runs Betmac

The footer is direct: "This website is operated by Sefiarray B.V., a company registered in Curacao, having company registration number: 155219 and registered office at Fransche Bloemweg 4, Willemstad, Curacao." It names licence OGL/2024/842/0350, and the terms repeat both. The terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao.

The footer seal opens the Curaçao Gaming Authority's certificate page. It reads "License status: Active" and certifies that Sefiarray B.V., company 155219, has been licensed since 25 July 2025 under OGL/2024/842/0350. It then lists the approved domains: betmac.com, betmac3.com, betti.com, betti1.com, casinoways.com, casinoways1.com and truststake1.com.

The Authority's licence register, last updated 14 October 2026, tells a slightly different story. It lists the same licence as issued on 25 January 2026, expiring on 25 July 2026, with the status "Assessment in progress". So the licence has passed its printed expiry date and is under review rather than shown as renewed. The certificate page has not caught up with that.

Neither Betmac nor Sefiarray appears on the Gambling Commission register. A Curaçao licence, renewed or not, does not authorise gambling in Great Britain. Our guide on how to check a casino's UK licence covers what a real British entry looks like.

Betmac sister sites

The certificate page settles the question. One company, one licence, and four brands named on it. Each brand also names Sefiarray B.V. in its own footer or terms, and the terms are near copies of each other.

Brand Domain How the link is confirmed UK status on 19 October 2026
Betti betti.com, betti1.com On the Sefiarray licence certificate; footer names Sefiarray; 97% of the terms' sentences match Betmac's Site loaded; UK not on restricted list
CasinoWays casinoways.com, casinoways1.com On the certificate; footer names Sefiarray; 98% of sentences match Site loaded; UK not on restricted list
TrustStake truststake1.com On the certificate; terms name Sefiarray; 95% of sentences match Site loaded; UK not on restricted list

The shared text is specific, not generic. All four sets of terms carry the same €100 minimum withdrawal, the same €2,000 a day, €6,000 a week and €15,000 a month limits, and the same restricted-country list. The four sites also run on one web build: each site loads the same hashed asset files, and all four forward their main domain to a numbered address in the same way (betmac.com to betmac3.com, betti.com to betti1.com, casinoways.com to casinoways1.com, truststake.com to truststake1.com).

TrustStake's terms still describe Sefiarray as having "an application (OGL/2024/842/0350) for a gaming license in progress", wording that dates from before the licence was issued. It is the same company and the same number either way.

One company, separate accounts

The shared ownership does not mean a shared account. Betmac's terms say an account "is specific to the brand or service for which it is created and does not extend to any sister sites or affiliated entities". A player who closes an account at Betmac has not closed one at Betti, CasinoWays or TrustStake, and a self-exclusion set at one brand does not carry across to the others. Anyone using a casino-level exclusion to stop gambling would need to close each brand separately.

Deposits and verification

The homepage lists Visa, Mastercard, online banking and cryptocurrency for deposits, and online banking, e-wallets and cryptocurrency for withdrawals. Card withdrawals are not on the list. The cashier shows the welcome bonus as a tick box before the deposit is made.

Identity checks can start once deposits or withdrawals reach €2,000 within a rolling 180 days, and the terms allow checks at any time before that. Documents go through an automated tool in the cashier: photo ID, a utility bill no older than three months, and proof of the payment method if asked.

UK access

Betmac's terms list the countries whose residents "are not allowed to open a player account and/or place any real money bets". The list includes Australia, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands and the United States. The United Kingdom is not on it, and the site loaded normally for UK visitors on 19 October 2026.

That is not the same as being allowed to serve British players. Any company offering gambling to people in Great Britain needs a Gambling Commission licence, and Betmac does not have one. Prices are in euros, and the terms say bank transfer withdrawals are processed in EUR only. A UK player without a euro IBAN may not be able to cash out by bank at all.

The welcome offer and key terms

Betmac's welcome offer is 100% up to €525 on the first deposit, from a minimum of €20. The FAQ on its promotions page adds 100 free spins. The bonus is picked in the cashier before paying, and no code is needed. The terms that matter:

  • Wagering: the terms say 35 times the deposit and bonus. The promotions FAQ says 45 times the bonus plus deposit. Either way, a €100 deposit with a €100 bonus means €7,000 to €9,000 of bets.
  • Slots only: the welcome bonus can only be used on slots. Live casino, blackjack and video poker are excluded.
  • Maximum bet: €5 a spin while the bonus is active, including gamble and feature buys.
  • Time limit: unused bonuses expire after 7 days, and free spins after 2 days.
  • Free spin winnings: capped at €100 once converted, a total that does not reset between campaigns.
  • Crypto: cryptocurrency deposits do not qualify for the welcome offer.
  • Reload bonuses: winnings capped at 10 times the maximum deposit.

At a casino licensed in Great Britain, wagering is capped at 10 times the bonus, and the deposit cannot be counted. Our wagering requirements guide shows how much difference the basis makes.

Withdrawals

Term What Betmac's terms say
Minimum withdrawal €100. Anything lower is rejected
Maximum €2,000 a day, €6,000 a week, €15,000 a month
Daily winnings cap €50,000 a day from all bets and bonuses
Before withdrawing Deposits not tied to a bonus must be wagered once
Bank transfers Processed in EUR only
Inactive accounts After 12 months, a fee of €10 a month

The €100 minimum is the sharpest edge. Deposits start at €20, so a player who deposits €20 and wins €70 cannot withdraw anything at all. The site also sells "Priority Passes" in its shop that promise processing in 1 to 12 hours, each with its own withdrawal ceiling from €250 to €2,000.

Complaints go to [email protected] first. The terms then point to Curaçao eGaming, the old master licence body, rather than the current Curaçao Gaming Authority, and name no independent dispute service.

What a UK player gives up

Betmac is reachable from Britain, but none of the British rules apply to it. No 10 times wagering cap, no £5 limit on slot stakes, no ban on credit cards, no affordability checks on British terms, no free independent dispute service and no GAMSTOP. A GAMSTOP exclusion will not stop an account being opened at Betmac or any of its sister sites.

Betmac alternatives that take UK sign-ups

Betmac's welcome bonus asks 35 times the deposit and bonus (45 times in its own FAQ), and its sister sites run the same rulebook. JetSetSpins and NeonStake set 20 times the bonus alone on their first-deposit offers, and both also offer a wager-free spins option instead of bonus money (250 spins for £/€30 at JetSetSpins, 200 for £/€50 at NeonStake).

JetSetSpins gives a choice on the first deposit: 200% up to £10,000 plus 100 free spins from £30, with 20x wagering on the bonus only and seven days to clear it, or 250 free spins with no wagering at all. Either way the deposit also unlocks the Royal Wheel, one free spin a day for seven days.

NeonStake matches the 200% up to £10,000 plus 100 free spins from a lower £20 deposit, at the same 20x on the bonus, or 200 wager-free spins from £50. It also pays 10% of the previous day's slot losses back every day as cash, with no wagering.

Both are sister sites on one platform, with casino, live casino and sportsbook on a single account. They pay out in crypto only, £100 to £500 per request. Neither names the company behind it, and neither holds a licence we could verify on any regulator's register, so GAMSTOP and the UK complaints route do not cover them. If you have self-excluded, they are not for you. Both offers and their full terms are side by side on our casino offers page.
