Gala Bingo is run by LC International Limited, a Gibraltar company that holds Gambling Commission account 54743 and is part of Entain plc. The same account carries 13 active website addresses, including Foxy Bingo, Coral, Ladbrokes, bwin and PartyCasino. Four of those brands have a bingo lobby: Gala Bingo, Foxy Bingo, Coral and Ladbrokes.
For a bingo player, that matters more than the logo. The four sites sell tickets into many of the same games, and the rules on accounts, self-exclusion and complaints are written once and copied across. Facts on this page are as of 5 October 2026.

Every brand on account 54743
The register lists 13 active domains and 16 trading names for the account. Three of the domains do not open a separate site: galaspins.com lands on Gala Bingo's spins section, foxygames.com lands on Foxy Bingo's games section, and the inactive cheekybingo.com forwards to Foxy Bingo's bingo lobby.
| Brand | Domain on the register | Bingo lobby | What the site is |

The register also records "gala" and "gala coral" as active trading names, with no separate domain. Every site on the list names LC International Limited and account 54743 in its footer, and the general terms at Gala Bingo, Foxy Bingo and Coral all list the same 12 brands as run by LC International in the UK.
Searching "Ladbrokes" or "Coral" on the register also returns account 1611, Ladbrokes Betting & Gaming Limited. That account holds the licences for the betting shops, plus some remote ones of its own. It is a different company from the one that runs the websites.
The four bingo sister sites
Gala Bingo
The welcome offer is a £40 Bingo Bonus. A new customer deposits at least £10 as a first deposit and spends £10 on bingo within 7 days of registering. The bonus must be claimed within 7 days and carries wagering of 2 times, so £80 of tickets, which also has to be done within 7 days. Deposits by Neteller, PayPal, Paysafe, Skrill, prepaid cards and certain debit cards do not qualify.
Two lines in the offer terms are worth reading twice. Withdrawing your cash balance before the wagering is done forfeits whatever is sitting in the bonus and pending winnings wallets. And once you have taken a welcome offer at one Gala brand, you cannot take another at any other Gala brand.
Gala Spins now lives inside Gala Bingo. The Gala help centre says the two share one account and a "real, single wallet", with one set of gambling controls, while Gala Casino runs as a standalone brand. From 1 October 2026 the slots welcome on the same account is 100 free spins at 10p for a £10 first deposit and £10 spent on slots, with no wagering on the winnings. You choose the bingo bonus or the spins, not both.
Regular extras include weekly bingo cashback of £0.50 to £29, free bingo every 5 minutes paying Gala Points, and a Gala Live room each evening from 7pm to 9pm with tickets from 1p.
Foxy Bingo
Foxy gives new customers a choice made before registration: a £20 Bingo Bonus or 100 free spins at 10p, each for depositing and spending £10. The bingo bonus has 2x wagering, so £40 of tickets, and must be claimed and used within 30 days. That is half Gala's bonus, but you get 30 days to use it rather than 7.
Foxy Games opens inside Foxy Bingo, and Cheeky Bingo now forwards there too. Spending £5 between Monday and Saturday earns a Sunday free session in the Velvet Lounge room.
Coral
Coral's bingo welcome is for "new Bingo players" and is a £40 Bingo Bonus for depositing and spending £10 on bingo tickets. The wagering is 4 times, twice Gala's rate, so £160 of tickets. In return you get 14 days to accept it and 30 days to use it. Certain deposit types are excluded.
Coral has a room of its own, Big Blue House, marked as exclusive to Coral, and runs free bingo sessions daily at set times in its Penny Or Less room, with 6 free tickets per player per game.
Ladbrokes
Ladbrokes asks the least. Spend £5 on bingo tickets after a deposit and you get a £25 Bingo Bonus with 2x wagering, so £50 of tickets, accepted within 14 days and used within 30. Like Coral, the offer is worded for new bingo players and excludes certain deposit types.
Free games run every 15 minutes in the Ladbrokes Lounge room, with up to 6 tickets per game, paying LadBucks rather than cash.
Bingo welcome offers side by side
| Brand | Bonus | Qualifying spend | Wagering | Tickets to play through | Time to use |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Gala Bingo | £40 Bingo Bonus | £10 deposit, £10 on bingo | 2x | £80 | 7 days |
| Foxy Bingo | £20 Bingo Bonus or 100 free spins | £10 deposit and spend | 2x | £40 | 30 days |
| Coral | £40 Bingo Bonus | Deposit, £10 on bingo tickets | 4x | £160 | 30 days |
| Ladbrokes | £25 Bingo Bonus | Deposit, £5 on bingo tickets | 2x | £50 | 30 days |
All four sit well under the Gambling Commission's 10x wagering cap, which has applied since 19 January 2026. Our wagering requirements guide explains how the multiple works. Offers change often, so read the terms on the offer page before you deposit. 18+ only. If gambling stops being fun, the National Gambling Helpline is free on 0808 8020 133.
Same games, different room names
The four lobbies look different, but the games behind them overlap. Room names on each site are labels on a shared pool: the bingo promotion terms at Gala, Foxy, Coral and Ladbrokes say prizes are "shared across the Entain Bingo Network".
The clearest example on 5 October 2026 was the Wednesday game with a £1,437.33 prize and 10p tickets. Gala calls it Prize Pot Party, Coral calls it Wednesday Bingo, Ladbrokes calls it Wacky Wednesday and Foxy calls it The Big Bingo Bash. The Friday £3,000 game, with 15p tickets and 21:00 to 22:45 sessions, appears as Fiesta Fridays, Friday Night Bingo, Friday Frenzy and Bingo Fever Friday. Branded rooms such as Coronation St. Bingo, Emmerdale Bingo, The Chase Bingo, Deal Or No Deal 75 and Fishin' Frenzy sit in all four lobbies.
So moving from Gala to Foxy or Coral does not buy you a quieter room or new opponents. What changes is the welcome bonus, the loyalty currency (Gala Points, Foxy Dollars, Coral Coins, LadBucks) and a few brand-only rooms.
What the shared licence means for your account
One account per brand, one company watching all of them
The general terms let you hold one account per brand. They also say verification documents can be shared with other Entain companies where you hold accounts, and that if the operator thinks you are at risk of gambling harm it can suspend or close your accounts at other brands too. Closure for a prohibited activity at one brand allows the other Entain brands to close yours as well.
Self-exclusion does not spread on its own
This is the term most likely to catch a bingo player out. When you self-exclude at Gala Bingo, Foxy Bingo or Coral, the terms let you choose between that brand only or every Entain brand. If you do not say which, the exclusion covers only the brand you asked. The minimum period is six months. To block all 13 sites and every other GB-licensed operator in one step, use GAMSTOP.
Inactive balances, withdrawals and complaints
An account with no cash bets for 13 consecutive months becomes inactive. If the operator cannot return the balance, it charges £3 a month after 30 days' notice. Withdrawals go back to the deposit method where possible, credit cards cannot be used, and debit card and bank withdrawals are free.
Complaints go through the brand's own stages first, with a final answer within eight weeks. After that, the independent adjudicator for all of these brands is IBAS.
Regulatory record
The register's actions tab for account 54743 says no regulatory actions have been recorded. The Gambling Commission's own announcements tell a fuller story.
On 17 August 2022 the Commission announced that Entain would pay £17 million, £14 million of it for failures at LC International Limited, which it described as running 13 websites including ladbrokes.com, coral.co.uk and foxybingo.com. The remaining £3 million related to the Ladbrokes shop business. Among the failures listed: a customer blocked at Coral after spending £60,000 in 12 months without providing proof of funds opened a Ladbrokes account and deposited £30,000 in a single day. The settlement added licence conditions, including a third-party compliance audit within 12 months.
The Commission called it the second time this operator had broken the rules. The first was a £5.9 million package in July 2019 for failings at Ladbrokes Coral Group between November 2014 and October 2017, before the current licence started.
The Coral to Ladbrokes case is why the cross-brand terms above exist: a restriction at one brand is meant to follow you to the others.

Frequently asked questions
Who owns Gala Bingo?
Gala Bingo is run by LC International Limited, a Gibraltar company (number 46808) that holds Gambling Commission account 54743 and is part of Entain plc.
What are the Gala Bingo sister sites?
Foxy Bingo, Coral, Ladbrokes, Gala Casino, PartyCasino, partypoker, bwin, Sportingbet and Gamebookers all run on the same licence. Gala Spins and Foxy Games open inside Gala Bingo and Foxy Bingo, and Cheeky Bingo is inactive and forwards to Foxy Bingo.
Which Gala Bingo sister sites have bingo?
Foxy Bingo, Coral and Ladbrokes. All three sell tickets into games on the Entain Bingo Network, the same shared prize pools that Gala Bingo uses.
Can I claim the bingo welcome bonus at every sister site?
The Gala offer terms say a welcome taken at one Gala brand rules out another at Gala Spins or Gala Casino. Foxy, Coral and Ladbrokes run their own welcome offers, each limited to new players at that brand.
Does self-excluding at Gala Bingo block Foxy Bingo and Coral?
Only if you ask for it. The terms let you exclude from one brand or from all Entain brands, and the default is the one brand. GAMSTOP blocks all of them at once.
Has LC International been fined by the Gambling Commission?
Yes. In August 2022 Entain agreed a £17 million regulatory settlement, £14 million of which covered LC International, the licensee behind Gala Bingo, Foxy Bingo, Coral and Ladbrokes online.
