Instaspin is run by Magico Games N.V., a company registered in Curaçao, under Anjouan licence ALSI-082309007-FI4. It has no Gambling Commission licence, the licence it does hold lists the United Kingdom as an excluded territory, and UK visitors were shown a Country blocked page on 19 October 2026. Its one confirmed sister site is Bet Ninja, which Australia's media regulator names as another Magico Games service.
Both brands have drawn action from regulators outside the UK. This page explains who runs Instaspin, how the Bet Ninja link is confirmed, and what the terms say about bonuses and withdrawals.
Facts on this page are as of 19 October 2026.

Who runs Instaspin
The Netherlands Gambling Authority (Kansspelautoriteit) settles the question of ownership. Its decision of 3 December 2025 holds Magico Games N.V. responsible for instaspin.com, noting that the company is named as owner of the website in the footer and in clause 1.3 of the terms, and that it is registered at Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N, Zuikertuin Tower, Curaçao, according to the website and the Curaçao trade register.
The licence sits in Anjouan, one of the islands of the Comoros. The Anjouan register lists licence ALSI-082309007-FI4 in the name of Magico Games N.V. for the domain instaspin.com, with the status "Licence is Active", and the licence validation page dated 18 October 2026 shows the operating status as VALID. The site footer says only that "Instaspin.com is licensed to conduct online gaming operations by the Union of the Comoros", and the terms name the licensing body as Gaming Services Provider N.V.
An Anjouan licence does not allow a casino to take bets from Great Britain. Neither Instaspin nor Magico Games appears on the Gambling Commission public register. Our guide to checking a UK casino licence explains how to confirm a licence for any site.
Instaspin does not accept UK players
Three sources point the same way:
- The licence. The Anjouan validation page says the licence "is not valid in, and does not extend to" a list of excluded territories, and the United Kingdom is on it, with Australia, France, the Netherlands, Spain and the USA. It adds that complaints from players in those territories "fall entirely outside the regulatory scope of this licence and will not be entertained".
- The site. On 19 October 2026, a UK visitor to instaspin.com saw: "Country blocked. We are sorry, but Instaspin is not available in your country at this time."
- The terms. The restricted country list in the terms published in April 2025 did not name the United Kingdom, but clause 4 bars anyone from a country where online gambling access is prohibited and makes them solely responsible for checking. The current terms could not be read from the UK.
The practical effect is the same as a listed ban. A UK player who got round the block would have no regulator willing to hear a complaint.
Regulators that have acted
The Netherlands, 2025
The Kansspelautoriteit found that Magico Games N.V. offered gambling through instaspin.com without a Dutch licence. Its inspectors registered and played from the Netherlands in June, July and September 2025, depositing €10 with Dutch bank cards. On 3 December 2025 it imposed an order subject to penalty payments: €420,000 per week if the offer continued, up to a maximum of €840,000. No objection was lodged and the decision is final.
Australia, 2026
The Australian Communications and Media Authority opened an investigation into the Bet Ninja service on 25 May 2026. Its formal warning, dated 24 August 2026 and published on 1 October 2026, states that "Magico Games N.V. is a provider of the Bet Ninja service", that Bet Ninja was available at betninja21.com, and that the company contravened Australia's Interactive Gambling Act by providing a prohibited and unlicensed gambling service to customers in Australia.
Instaspin sister sites
| Brand | Domain | How the link is confirmed | UK status on 19 October 2026 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Instaspin | instaspin.com | Magico Games N.V. named by the Dutch regulator and the Anjouan register | Country blocked page; UK excluded from the licence |
| Bet Ninja | betninja.com | Australia's regulator names Magico Games N.V. as a provider of the Bet Ninja service; same platform as Instaspin | Country blocked page |
Bet Ninja
The Bet Ninja link rests on the regulator's own words. The Australian formal warning names Magico Games N.V. as a provider of the Bet Ninja service. The two sites also run on the same build: the same web framework and hosting, the same Country blocked page template shown to UK visitors, and shared code files.
There is a loose end. On the Anjouan register, the betninja.com domain sits under a different licence, ALSI-202411081-FI2, held by BitzEnt Ltd., together with winnerisland.com. The Australian warning, however, refers to betninja21.com and names Magico Games N.V. So Bet Ninja's licence holder on paper and the provider named by a regulator are different companies. Winner Island runs on the same platform build as Instaspin and Bet Ninja, but nothing ties it to Magico Games itself, so it is not listed as a sister site.
Copycat domains
Searches for Instaspin return dozens of lookalike sites on other addresses, many claiming to be the "official UK site" or quoting a Curaçao licence. The Dutch decision records some of these too, including instaspin1.nl and instasspin.nl. They are affiliate pages or clones, not Instaspin. The real casino is at instaspin.com.
The welcome offer and key terms
In May 2026 the Instaspin homepage advertised "€1,000 bonus and 100 free spins to all new players". The split between deposits is not published in anything readable from the UK. The general bonus rules, from the terms published in April 2025, set the conditions:
- Qualifying: deposit at least €20 and play €20 to qualify for a deposit bonus.
- Wagering: at least 40 times the bonus, unless an offer says otherwise.
- Free spins: credited after €20 is wagered on slots; winnings count as bonus money and need 40 times wagering on slots.
- Maximum bet: €5 while a bonus is active, including bonus buys.
- Expiry: bonus money 30 days, unclaimed free spins 7 days.
- Order of play: bonus play starts only when real money is used up, and withdrawing real money before wagering is complete forfeits the bonus.
- Game weighting: slots 100%, live casino 10%, table games 5%, jackpot games 0%.
At a casino licensed in Great Britain, wagering cannot be more than 10 times the bonus. Our guide to wagering requirements shows what 40 times means in real stakes.
Withdrawals
| Term | What it says (terms published April 2025) |
|---|---|
| Minimum deposit | €20 |
| Deposits | Must be wagered once before withdrawal |
| Minimum withdrawal | €100 |
| Maximum withdrawal | €4,000 a day, €16,000 a week, €50,000 a month |
| Daily profit cap | €5,000 in 24 hours for standard users (€25,000 medium tier, €100,000 VIP) |
| Processing | As soon as possible; some methods take up to 5 banking days |
| Verification | Photo ID, address, selfie or a video call before any withdrawal |
| Dormant accounts | €5 a month after 12 months of inactivity |
The daily profit cap is the clause to read twice. Profits above the cap in a rolling 24 hours "may be voided", so a standard player who wins more than €5,000 in a day is not guaranteed to be paid it. Our guide to fast withdrawal casinos covers UK-licensed sites without caps like this.
What a UK player gives up
Instaspin's own licence excludes the UK, and the licensing authority says it will not hear complaints from players in excluded territories. That leaves a UK player with no regulator, no GAMSTOP, no 10x cap on wagering, and a terms-based complaints route that ends with Gaming Services Provider N.V. Disputes about a bet must be raised within three days.
Instaspin alternatives that take UK sign-ups
Instaspin's licence excludes the United Kingdom and the site turns UK visitors away, while JetSetSpins and NeonStake both offer the United Kingdom at sign-up and leave it off their restricted lists. Their first-deposit bonuses carry 20x the bonus against Instaspin's default of 40x, though neither names a company in its terms and both pay withdrawals in cryptocurrency only.
JetSetSpins gives a choice on the first deposit: 200% up to £10,000 plus 100 free spins from £30, with 20x wagering on the bonus only and seven days to clear it, or 250 free spins with no wagering at all. Either way the deposit also unlocks the Royal Wheel, one free spin a day for seven days.
NeonStake matches the 200% up to £10,000 plus 100 free spins from a lower £20 deposit, at the same 20x on the bonus, or 200 wager-free spins from £50. It also pays 10% of the previous day's slot losses back every day as cash, with no wagering.
Both are sister sites on one platform, with casino, live casino and sportsbook on a single account. They pay out in crypto only, £100 to £500 per request. Neither names the company behind it, and neither holds a licence we could verify on any regulator's register, so GAMSTOP and the UK complaints route do not cover them. If you have self-excluded, they are not for you. Both offers and their full terms are side by side on our casino offers page.
