Kinghills is an online casino that lists the United Kingdom as a restricted country, and its sign-up page refuses registrations from the UK. It has no Gambling Commission licence, and its website does not name the company behind it.

Many people in the UK still search for Kinghills and its sister sites, mostly because it advertises a large welcome package and appears on comparison sites. This page sets out what is confirmed as of 2 October 2026: who appears to run it, which casinos share its terms word for word, and what those terms mean for a player.

Kinghills does not accept UK players

Kinghills' terms list the countries whose residents "are not allowed to deposit and play real money games". The United Kingdom is on that list, along with the United States, Spain, France and the Netherlands.

The site enforces it. A UK visitor who presses "Sign up" gets this message:

Kinghills sign-up message for UK visitors: "Due to the restrictions of the regulator, we do not accept registrations of players from your current location."

The terms also say that winnings may be forfeited if a player from a restricted country hides their location "using any means of encrypted connections" to get around the block, and that the casino "cannot guarantee successful processing of withdrawals" for anyone who breaches the restricted countries policy. In plain terms, a UK player who signs up through a VPN risks losing anything they win.

Who runs Kinghills

The website does not say. The terms describe the operator only as "the Company", which they say is "fully licensed to perform its business activities in conformity with the laws of its country of incorporation". No company name, address, registration number or licence number appears in the footer, the terms or the about page.

Several comparison sites name the operator as IntellogixSoft B.V. with the Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1121/1020. That name does not appear on any Kinghills page, but the licence does appear on the Curaçao Gaming Authority's own register.

What the Curaçao register shows

The Curaçao Gaming Authority publishes its online gaming licence register as a PDF. The version updated on 2 October 2026 lists:

The Curaçao Gaming Authority register, updated 2 October 2026, showing IntellogixSoft B.V., licence OGL/2024/1121/1020, status "Assessment in progress"

Field Register entry
Licensee IntellogixSoft B.V.
Licence number OGL/2024/1121/1020
Type B2C
Company registration number 164650
Issued 16 July 2025
Expires 16 January 2026
Status Assessment in progress

So the licence reached its expiry date in January 2026, and the regulator lists it as under assessment rather than renewed. The register does not explain what that means for a particular licence. It is not listed in the Authority's enforcement register, which records licences that have been revoked, suspended or not extended.

The Authority's online portal has also been offline since a security incident in September 2026. Its announcement says the outage "does not affect the validity of existing licenses".

None of this changes the position for a UK player. A Curaçao licence, renewed or not, does not allow a casino to offer gambling in Great Britain.

Kinghills sister sites

Kinghills runs on SoftSwiss, a platform used by hundreds of casinos, so a shared platform alone proves nothing. To find real sister sites, we compared the full terms and conditions of each candidate with Kinghills' own, sentence by sentence.

Casino Platform Terms shared with Kinghills Bonus terms shared UK players
Memo Casino SoftSwiss 83% of sentences 88% of sentences Restricted in its terms
XtraSpin SoftSwiss 48% of sentences 82% of sentences Restricted in its terms

The shared wording is not generic platform text. All three casinos use the same unusual clauses, including a €50 minimum withdrawal, withdrawal processing "up to 72 hours", and a rule that you must bet your deposit at least 3 times before you can withdraw. Both sister sites also redirect to numbered mirror domains, as Kinghills does (Kinghills to 7-kinghills81.com, Memo Casino to 58memocasino46.com, XtraSpin to 213xtraspin.com).

Neither Memo Casino nor XtraSpin names its operator on its about page either.

Casinos not confirmed

Other sites list Nine Casino, NineWin, Jokabet, CryptoLeo, BetOnRed and Coolzino as Kinghills sister sites. None of them is tied to Kinghills by shared terms or a shared licence, so they are not in the table. NineWin, for example, is run by a different company, Three Cats B.V.

The welcome package

Deposit Bonus
1st 100% up to €500 + 150 free spins
2nd 55% up to €500 + 100 free spins
3rd 100% up to €500

The terms that decide what it is worth are in the bonus policy:

  • Minimum deposit: €15 for each of the three deposit bonuses.
  • Free spins arrive in batches: 50 a day over the following days, and they must be activated within 3 days.
  • Free spin winnings are capped: the most you can win from the welcome free spins is €50.
  • Bonus winnings are capped: the maximum win from any bonus is 10 times the bonus amount.
  • Time limit: every welcome bonus is valid for 7 days.
  • Maximum bet: €5 a spin on slots and €10 on live games while a bonus is active.
  • Game weighting: slots count in full towards wagering, table games and video poker count at 5%, and live dealer games do not count at all.

The bonus pages do not state the wagering for the welcome bonuses; they send you to the cashier for it. The high roller bonus states it plainly: 35 times the bonus. At a casino licensed in Great Britain, wagering cannot be more than 10 times the bonus.

Withdrawals

Term What it says
Minimum withdrawal €50
Processing time Up to 72 hours
Before withdrawing You must bet your deposit at least 3 times
Maximum withdrawal Limited per day, week or month, and higher for higher loyalty levels
Large wins The Company "reserves the right to payout substantial wins in monthly installments"
Bank transfer charges Intermediary bank charges of up to €16 may apply
Inactive accounts €10 a month after 12 months without logging in

Before a withdrawal, the KYC policy also allows "a detailed algorithmic and manual check on the activity and balance" of the account.

Complaints

The dispute resolution page asks players to email support first. If that does not resolve it, it says you can contact "any independent body, gaming authority, or the licensing regulator listed on the Website". No regulator is listed on the website, and no independent dispute service is named.

The same page says that "the server logs and records shall act as the final authority" in any dispute.

What this means if you are in the UK

Kinghills does not want UK players, and its terms put the risk of getting round the block on the player. Even without the block, a UK player would have none of the protections that come with a Gambling Commission licence: no 10x cap on wagering, no free independent dispute service, and no GAMSTOP.

If you are looking for a casino you can actually use from the UK, every scored casino in our reviews holds an active Gambling Commission licence. Our guide on how to check a casino's UK licence shows how to confirm it yourself.

If you have self-excluded with GAMSTOP and are looking for casinos outside it, the National Gambling Helpline is free and open 24 hours a day on 0808 8020 133.

Offshore sites that take UK sign-ups

Kinghills does not want UK players, and its terms put the risk on you if you get round the block. Two offshore sites that do list the United Kingdom in their sign-up form are below.

JetSetSpins gives a choice on the first deposit: 200% up to £10,000 plus 100 free spins from £30, with 20x wagering on the bonus only and seven days to clear it, or 250 free spins with no wagering at all. Either way the deposit also unlocks the Royal Wheel, one free spin a day for seven days.

NeonStake matches the 200% up to £10,000 plus 100 free spins from a lower £20 deposit, at the same 20x on the bonus, or 200 wager-free spins from £50. It also pays 10% of the previous day's slot losses back every day as cash, with no wagering.

Both are sister sites on one platform, with casino, live casino and sportsbook on a single account. They pay out in crypto only, £100 to £500 per request. Neither names the company behind it, and neither holds a licence we could verify on any regulator's register, so GAMSTOP and the UK complaints route do not cover them. If you have self-excluded, they are not for you. Both offers and their full terms are side by side on our casino offers page.
