Mad Casino, which brands itself Madcasino, is run by Spinstack Solutions S.R.L., a Costa Rican company licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission. Its terms list the UK as an excluded jurisdiction, and it has no Gambling Commission licence. Its confirmed sister sites are Godz, VipLuck and TowerCasino.
The four brands are close to identical behind the logo. They share the operator, the licence, the terms, the live chat account and the sportsbook. What differs is the theme and the address.

Who runs Mad Casino
The site's own pages say little. The homepage talks about operating "under a verified License" without naming it, and the about page names no company. The terms are where the detail sits. Clause 1.4 says the website is "licensed and regulated by virtue of the License issued by TOBIQUE GAMING COMMISSION", and the next clause names the company:
The Company is SPINSTACK SOLUTIONS S.R.L., a limited liability company registered in Province 01 San José, Canton 15 Montes de Oca, Alvmar, Office 101 ... San Pedro
Payments are processed by MA Meridia Limited, a Cyprus company (HE 462673) with an office in Limassol. The terms, version dated 24 July 2026, are governed by the laws of Tobique, and clause 25.2 gives the courts of Tobique exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
The licence covers madcasino.com, not the mirror
The Tobique Gaming Commission runs a validation page for each licensed website. For madcasino.com it named Spinstack Solutions S.R.L., listed www.madcasino.com and madcasino.com as registered websites, and showed the operating status as VALID. The Commission's list of licence holders includes Spinstack Solutions S.R.L as a B2C licensee, dated 11 September 2027.
Visitors who type madcasino.com, though, are forwarded to a numbered mirror. On 19 October 2026 that was madcasino232.com, and the Commission's validation page for that address reads "Operating status: INVALID" and "The above service is NOT licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission." The casino a player actually uses sits on a domain the regulator does not list. Our guide on how to check a casino's UK licence explains why the exact domain matters on any register.
Mad Casino does not accept UK players
Section 2.3 of the terms lists the "Excluded Jurisdictions" whose residents "do not have the right to open accounts with our Website or add monetary funds to their accounts". The UK is on the list, alongside the USA, Israel, Ontario and New Brunswick. The terms also ban proxy servers and "any form of IP masking" when opening an account.
The site enforces it. On 19 October 2026 madcasino.com showed UK visitors a 403 page instead of the casino:

Mad Casino sister sites
Each brand below names Spinstack Solutions S.R.L. in its own terms, each has a Tobique validation page naming the same company, and each loads the same Comm100 live chat account (site ID 85000892) and the same Altenar sportsbook. The terms match Mad Casino's sentence for sentence in almost every clause.
| Brand | Domain | How the link is confirmed | UK status on 19 October 2026 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Godz | godz.com (mirror godz343.com) | Terms name Spinstack; Tobique page VALID for Spinstack; 99% of the terms' sentences match; same chat account | Access Restricted page; terms exclude the UK |
| VipLuck | vipluck.com (mirror vipluck73526.com) | Terms name Spinstack; Tobique page VALID for Spinstack; 92% of sentences match; same chat account | 403 page; terms exclude the UK |
| TowerCasino | towercasino.com (mirror towercasino696.com) | Terms name Spinstack; Tobique page VALID for Spinstack; 98% of sentences match; same chat account | Access Restricted page; terms exclude the UK |
All four brands follow the same pattern: a short registered domain that forwards to a numbered mirror, and an identical "Terms and Conditions TOBIQUE" document with the same excluded list. The terms even label themselves that way in the page title, which points to a single document maintained centrally and copied to each brand. A player banned or self-excluded at one of the four should assume nothing carries across automatically: each brand is a separate account on a separate domain, even though the same company stands behind all of them.
The welcome bonus and key terms
Mad Casino advertises a casino welcome offer of 100% up to €1,000 plus 200 free spins on the first deposit. The offer's own terms decide what it is worth:
- Minimum deposit: €20 for both the bonus and the spins. Deposits by Neteller, Skrill or Volt do not qualify.
- Free spins: 200 in total, released as 50 a day over 4 days, on a slot that varies by country.
- Wagering: 35 times the deposit plus the bonus. A €100 deposit with a €100 bonus means €7,000 in bets. Free spin winnings carry 40 times wagering.
- Time limit: 7 days from the deposit to activate the bonus and finish the wagering.
- Maximum bet: €5 while bonus funds are in play.
- Withdrawing early: a withdrawal request while the bonus is active voids the bonus and its winnings.
At a casino licensed in Great Britain, wagering cannot exceed 10 times the bonus, and the deposit cannot be included. Our wagering requirements guide shows the difference in pounds.
Shop bonuses bought with loyalty coins carry 35 times wagering and can release at most 5 times the bonus value, and shop free spin winnings are capped at €50.
Reloads and cashback
The regular offers follow the same template as the welcome bonus. The Weekly Boost pays 50% up to €1,000 plus 100 free spins from a €20 deposit, and again asks 35 times the deposit plus the bonus. A Weekend Casino Reload offers 50% up to €750 plus 50 spins.
Cashback is reserved for the top of the loyalty ladder. The weekly casino cashback pays 5%, 10% or 15% of net slot losses, capped at €1,000, €2,000 or €3,000, but only for players on the top three VIP levels, who must opt in every week. It carries a light 1 times wagering. A separate Pragmatic Live cashback is advertised at 25% up to €300 a week, with a €20 minimum payout.
An "Anniversary Special" promises up to 100 free spins and an €80 free bet with no deposit needed, but only for players who have deposited and placed a real-money bet in the previous 45 days. It is a loyalty gift, not a sign-up offer.
Withdrawals
| Term | What the withdrawal policy says |
|---|---|
| Minimum withdrawal | €20 |
| Default limits (VIP level 1) | €700 a day, €2,250 a week, €9,000 a month |
| Top limits (VIP level 5) | €2,000 a day, €10,000 a week, €40,000 a month |
| Processing | Aim to approve within 72 hours; up to 7 business days in total |
| Deposits | Must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal |
| Pending requests | No more than 3 at a time |
| Inactive accounts | After 180 days without a login, a €5 monthly fee may apply |
The starting limit of €2,250 a week is low for a site that advertises a €1,000 bonus. A player who turns a bonus into a sizeable win would wait several weeks to collect it at the default level. Our guide to fast withdrawal casinos covers what a quick, uncapped payout looks like at licensed sites.
Complaints go to support by email first, with 30 days allowed for an answer that can be extended. The complaints page refers players to "external dispute resolution options" without naming one.
What a UK player gives up
Mad Casino does not want British customers, and its sister sites say the same. Even without the exclusion, a Tobique licence carries none of the protections that come with a Gambling Commission licence: no 10 times cap on wagering, no £5 stake limit on slots, no ban on credit cards, no British dispute service and no GAMSTOP. Disputes would be settled under Tobique law, in Tobique courts.
For offers that are open to UK players, see our casino offers page.
Mad Casino alternatives that take UK sign-ups
Mad Casino and its three sister sites all list the UK as an excluded jurisdiction and ask 35 times the deposit plus bonus within 7 days. JetSetSpins and NeonStake both offer the United Kingdom in their sign-up form, leave it off their restricted lists, and set 20 times the bonus alone on their first-deposit offers, with 7 days to complete it.
JetSetSpins gives a choice on the first deposit: 200% up to £10,000 plus 100 free spins from £30, with 20x wagering on the bonus only and seven days to clear it, or 250 free spins with no wagering at all. Either way the deposit also unlocks the Royal Wheel, one free spin a day for seven days.
NeonStake matches the 200% up to £10,000 plus 100 free spins from a lower £20 deposit, at the same 20x on the bonus, or 200 wager-free spins from £50. It also pays 10% of the previous day's slot losses back every day as cash, with no wagering.
Both are sister sites on one platform, with casino, live casino and sportsbook on a single account. They pay out in crypto only, £100 to £500 per request. Neither names the company behind it, and neither holds a licence we could verify on any regulator's register, so GAMSTOP and the UK complaints route do not cover them. If you have self-excluded, they are not for you. Both offers and their full terms are side by side on our casino offers page.
