True Fortune sister sites

True Fortune is a Rival Powered online casino with no Gambling Commission licence. Its pages name no company, and the licence it quotes is an old Curaçao master licence number, not one of its own.

It belongs to a family of ten casinos sold through one affiliate programme and run on one set of terms. The company named in those terms is Windward Circle B.V. of Curaçao. Below: who that is, which casinos sit alongside True Fortune, and what the terms do to a winning balance.

True Fortune at a glance

Is True Fortune licensed in the UK?

No. Any casino offering gambling in Great Britain needs a Gambling Commission licence. True Fortune is not on the Commission's public register under its name or any of its domains, and nor are Windward Circle or any of the sister sites below.

True Fortune quotes "Curacao License #8048/JAZ". The wording was on its about page in 2020, and the number was still in its site configuration in August 2026. 8048/JAZ is Antillephone N.V.'s old master licence, the umbrella that many Curaçao casinos sublicensed under before the island rebuilt its licensing system. It is not a licence in True Fortune's name, and it is not in the Curaçao Gaming Authority's register updated on 2 October 2026.

Who runs True Fortune

The True Fortune site calls its operator only "an incorporated corporation organized licensed and regulated by the Government of Curacao", with no name, number or address.

The company appears one step away. True Fortune loads its text from a language file shared by the whole family, and the copy archived from true-fortune.com in August 2026 contains this paragraph, shown on the Pure Casino brand:

Windward Circle B.V. has an application (OGL/2024/1135/0484) for a gaming license in progress with the Curaçao Gaming Authority.

On 5 October 2026 Pure Casino's about page carried that paragraph, and its footer named Windward Circle B.V. (company 150466, Willemstad, Curaçao) as licence holder alongside Pan De Bono Consulting Limited (HE401911, Limassol, Cyprus).

The Curaçao Gaming Authority's register, updated 2 October 2026, lists OGL/2024/1135/0484 as a B2C licence held by Windward Circle B.V. (company 150466), issued 14 February 2026 and expiring 14 August 2026, with the status "Assessment in progress". So it passed its expiry date without being shown as renewed. Only Pure Casino names this number; True Fortune quotes 8048/JAZ instead.

True Fortune sister sites

The operator markets the family as one. TrueDynasty Affiliates, formed when TrueBet Affiliates (True Fortune's "Become a Partner" link in 2020, paying 45% commission) merged with AffDynasty, lists ten brands as "the very first family of casinos run on the Rival Powered software platform".

Apart from New Vegas, every brand below runs the same front-end code, carries a Rival casino ID and sets its licence field to "#8048/JAZ". True Fortune's figures come from its site code as archived in August 2026.

The terms tie the family together too. True Fortune treats "more than one account on an affiliated sister casino under the same management" as a breach, and Avantgarde Casino, Pure Casino and Paradise 8 publish the same bonus and withdrawal clauses, number for number. Note that truefortune.com, without the hyphen, was a parked domain for sale on 5 October 2026.

What a UK visitor sees

On 5 October 2026 true-fortune.com showed UK visitors a Cloudflare security page reading "Sorry, you have been blocked". That is a firewall page, not a regional notice. It does not mention the UK, and none of the family's restricted-country lists includes the United Kingdom. True Fortune's about page says it is "not possible for the casino to limit access to its website to those jurisdictions in which it does business".

The family's terms expect British players. Paradise 8's version says "only residents in the United Kingdom may opt for the British Pound (GBP) currency", and that "players in the US, Australia, and UK can currently withdraw winnings through Bitcoin only". Eight of the nine sister sites loaded normally for UK visitors on the same day.

One clause matters here. The violations list includes a player "playing from a territory or region not fully authorized to allow online gaming", with consequences that include "confiscation of winnings and existing balances". Great Britain authorises online gambling only through a Gambling Commission licence, which no brand in this family holds.

The welcome offer

True Fortune offers a choice on the first deposit:

• 200% welcome bonus up to €2,000 for slots, keno and scratch cards, claimed from the cashier.
• 100% cashback insurance on the first deposit for table games, requested through live chat before depositing.

Landing pages archived during 2026 also advertised a 400% first-deposit bonus up to $2,000 with free spins, and 50 to 75 sign-up free spins. 18+ only. If gambling is becoming a problem, call the National Gambling Helpline free on 0808 8020 133.

Wagering

The welcome bonus description gives no wagering figure. The terms printed under the brand's landing-page offers say 30 times deposit plus bonus (60 times on table games and video poker). The 2021 welcome bonus terms said 35 times deposit plus bonus, on deposits up to €375.

Either way, the multiple applies to the deposit as well as the bonus. Casinos licensed in Great Britain have been limited to 10 times the bonus since 19 January 2026; our wagering requirements guide explains the difference.

The 10x cashout cap

The landing-page terms say there are "no limits on how much you are allowed to withdraw". The general terms say otherwise. Clause 11 of the promotion terms reads:

A bonus equal to or greater than 200% that has been claimed with any deposit, will be subject to a max cashout of 10x the deposit amount.

The bonus itself is also removed at withdrawal, and the general terms say they "supersede and overwrite any other terms offered by the Casino".

A worked example. Deposit £100 and take the 200% bonus: £300 to play with. At 30 times deposit plus bonus, that is £9,000 in slot bets. Turn it into £3,000 and the cap allows at most £1,000 out; the rest can be cleared.

Withdrawal rules

These clauses appear in True Fortune's terms and its sister sites':

• Small deposits are capped too. "All Deposits of 249 USD/EURO/GBP/AUS or less have a max withdrawal of 10X the deposit for that specific play session", bonus or not. The excess is "cleared from the player's balance".

• 1,500 credits per withdrawal and 10,000 a month. Larger wins are paid in instalments; progressive jackpots are exempt from the monthly limit.

• Minimum withdrawal of 50 in pounds, euros or dollars.

• Fees of 10 to 40 per withdrawal by wire, Neteller or card, plus a possible 3% to 6.5% fee on credit card deposits.

• Approval can take 5 to 18 working days after verification.

• Free chip winnings are capped at 50 and can be withdrawn once in a lifetime; a player who has never deposited must first deposit at least 15.

• 120 days without logging in or betting entitles the casino to the balance.

• Public criticism is a violation. The list includes "an active or past complaint/dispute/criticism on a public forum or blog or any other type of website".

• Complaints must be in writing within five days of the event.

Paradise 8's version adds weekly limits of 1,000 for verified accounts and 500 for unverified ones. The minimum age is stated twice and differently: 18 on the about page, 25 in the promotion terms.

What you give up at an unlicensed casino

If you have self-excluded

true-fortune.com showed UK visitors a firewall page on 5 October 2026. Two offshore sites that list the United Kingdom in their sign-up form and price offers in pounds are below.
