Golden Pharaoh review

Golden Pharaoh is an offshore casino that trades on numbered domains and makes two licence claims, neither of which checks out. Its licence page says Golden Pharaoh LTD holds "Master License 34389464EU granted by the Curaco", and in the next paragraph says a Mexican company holds a permit for a different domain, goldenpharaoh.bet. There is no licence we could verify on any regulator's register, and no Gambling Commission licence.

It scores 3.3 out of 10. The lobby is big and the site opened to UK visitors. The rest is weak: an operator with no registration number or country, 30x wagering on deposit plus bonus, and a rule that caps small depositors' withdrawals at ten times their last deposit.

Golden Pharaoh at a glance

Licence and ownership: 2.5

The licence page reads, in full, that Golden Pharaoh is owned by "Golden Pharaoh LTD of Barge straat 1 and its fully owned subsidiary, Golden Pharaoh LTD Address Hollandia 24", operating under "Master License 34389464EU granted by the Curaco". No country, registration number or regulator name is given, and the parent and subsidiary have the same name.

That is not the format of a Curaçao licence number, and the Curaçao Gaming Authority's certificate system returns no certificate for 34389464. The same page then says the goldenpharaoh.bet domain is run by "LAVA ENTRITANMENT DS DV" under Mexican permit DEAJS/SCFVF/P-06/2005. Goldenpharaoh.bet does not load, and a Mexican permit would not cover play from Britain in any case.

The terms define the company only as "Golden Pharaoh LTD, a licensed remote gaming operator" and say disputes go to "the courts in our licensing jurisdiction" without naming it. Is Golden Pharaoh open to UK players?

Yes. Section 3.3 of the terms prohibits players from Israel, the United States, Serbia and Hong Kong, and nowhere else. On 19 October 2026 goldenpharaoh07.com opened to UK visitors with the full lobby, promotions and sign-up. Accounts are held in euros only, so a UK player pays card conversion on every deposit and withdrawal.

Open is not the same as protected. Golden Pharaoh is not on GAMSTOP and there is no British complaints service behind it.

Bonus terms: 2.5

The welcome package, claimed with a code on each deposit:

• 1st deposit: 400% up to €2,000 plus 100 free spins (GOLD1)
• 2nd deposit: 200% up to €1,000 plus 50 free spins (GOLD2)
• 3rd deposit: 150% up to €1,000 plus 25 free spins (GOLD3)

Deposits two to five must be made within seven days of the first. Wagering is 30x the deposit plus the bonus, bonuses expire after 30 days, and only one can be active. A €100 deposit with the 400% offer gives €400 of bonus and €15,000 of wagering before anything can be withdrawn.

The irregular-play clause can void bonus winnings for single bets over 20% of the bonus value, for switching between high and low stakes, and for "systematic play" on low-contribution games. Deposits and withdrawals: 3.0

The banking page lists two card types, open banking, an alternative payment method and crypto for deposits, each €15 to €1,000 per transaction with no fee. Withdrawals go by bank transfer or crypto, with a stated processing time of 24 to 48 hours.

The terms add the conditions that matter:

• Every deposit must be wagered once before a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are processed Monday to Friday only, after a pending period of up to 48 hours.
• If your lifetime deposits are €200 or less, you can withdraw at most 10x your last deposit, and the excess is forfeited.
• Once lifetime withdrawals pass five times lifetime deposits, payouts drop to €5,000 a week.
• "Substantial" withdrawals need notarised copies of two documents.
• Processing fees "may apply at the Casino's discretion".
• After 12 months without activity, €5 a month is charged.

The 10x rule is the harshest of these. A player who deposits €20 and wins €2,000 can take out €200. The other €1,800 is forfeited, not held over, and the rule applies until lifetime deposits pass €200. Players who deposit small amounts are the ones it catches. The weekly cap is gentler by comparison but stretches a €20,000 win over four weeks.

Games and software: 6.0

The about page claims more than 1,000 games. The lobby has slots, crash games, scratch cards, Megaways, Bonus Buy, Hold and Win, jackpots and live dealer tables, with titles such as Gates of Olympus 1000, Sweet Bonanza Super Scatter, Wanted Dead or a Wild, Book of Dead and Book of Ra. There are tournaments, a shop where play earns bonus rewards, and missions.

Support and complaints: 3.5

The terms list 24/7 live chat and [email protected]. The about page also mentions phone support but publishes no number. There is no complaints procedure beyond that: the terms say the decision of casino management on any dispute "is final and binding", and name no independent dispute service.

Safer gambling tools: 2.5

The terms promise deposit limits, self-exclusion, reality checks and session time limits. The responsible gaming page describes only a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours and self-exclusion of at least one month, both set by contacting support, and links to Gambling Therapy and the Responsible Gambling Council. It also calls Golden Pharaoh "the very best bitcoin gambling site", a sign the page was copied from elsewhere. Golden Pharaoh is not on GAMSTOP.

Not UK players who care about getting paid.
