A no wagering casino pays bonus winnings as cash, with nothing to play through before you can withdraw them. If 50 free spins win you £8, that £8 is yours straight away.

Since 19 January 2026, any UK-licensed bonus that does have wagering is capped at 10 times the bonus. No wagering goes further than the cap, and a growing number of UK casinos now offer it, at least on their welcome spins. This guide lists the current offers, explains what "no wagering" does and does not cover, and points out the conditions that still apply.

Every offer below was read from the casino's own site between 29 September and 2 October 2026. Offers change often, so always check the terms where you sign up.

What "no wagering" covers

"No wagering" can mean different things depending on the casino.

No wagering on everything

PlayOJO is the clearest example. Its policy is no wagering on any bonus, ever, with all bonus winnings paid as cash. That covers the welcome spins and its ongoing offers. It is also the exception within its own group: its SkillOnNet sister sites, such as Spin Genie and Slots Magic, use 10 times wagering. See our PlayOJO sister sites page.

No wagering on the welcome spins only

Most casinos on the list give no-wagering free spins as a welcome offer, while other bonuses on the same site may still carry wagering. Pub Casino, for example, pays its welcome Cash Spins as cash, but its general bonus rules for UK players use 10 times wagering on other offers.

No wagering, but a cap on winnings

Some no-wagering offers limit how much you can win. MrQ and Pub Casino state that winnings from their welcome spins are uncapped. If an offer does not say "uncapped" or "no maximum win", check the terms for a limit.

The conditions that still apply

No wagering removes the play-through requirement. It does not remove every condition.

Condition Why it matters Example
Qualifying deposit and play You often have to deposit and also play a set amount first Pub Casino and Jackpotjoy: deposit £10 and play £10
Opt-in Missing the opt-in can mean missing the offer Pub Casino, Jackpotjoy and Sky Vegas all require it
Expiry Unused spins disappear Pub Casino and MrQ: 48 hours. Sky Vegas: 7 days
Excluded payment methods Some deposits do not qualify Pub Casino excludes Skrill deposits
Fixed games Spins only work on named slots Most offers name one slot; Sky Vegas lists nine eligible games
Region Some offers exclude parts of the UK PlayOJO's welcome excludes Northern Ireland

The spin value matters more than the number of spins. Fifty 20p spins (£10) are worth the same as one hundred 10p spins (£10).

No wagering compared with 10x wagering

Since January 2026, the most a UK-licensed casino can ask is 10 times the bonus. So what is no wagering worth over a typical 10x offer?

Take £8 of winnings from free spins:

Offer type Wagering needed Expected cost on a 96% slot What you would expect to keep
No wagering None £0 £8
10x spin winnings £80 of bets About £3.20 About £4.80

The expected cost is the average loss on £80 of bets at a 96% return. Real sessions vary a great deal, and most end above or below the average. But on average, wagering at 10x takes around 40% of the value of spin winnings on a typical slot. Our wagering requirements guide works through more examples.

Offshore "no wagering" offers

Casinos without a Gambling Commission licence sometimes advertise no-wagering or "wager-free" rewards to UK players. Read those terms closely. At Bon Rush, for example, the "Daily VIP Rewards" are described as wager-free, but they grow with how much you deposited the day before and pay out when your balance drops to £10 or less. Its welcome bonus carries 50 times wagering. See our Bon Rush page.

The 10x cap and the other UK rules do not apply at unlicensed sites, and GAMSTOP does not cover them.

How to pick a no wagering offer

  1. Check the licence. Search the casino on the Gambling Commission register.
  2. Work out the real value. Multiply the number of spins by the spin value.
  3. Check for a cap. Look for "uncapped" or "no maximum win".
  4. Check the expiry. 48 hours is short if you cannot play straight away.
  5. Check what else you must do. Deposit, opt in, play a set amount, avoid certain payment methods.
  6. Check the rest of the site. If you plan to stay, ongoing offers matter more than the welcome. PlayOJO is the only casino here with no wagering on everything.

Frequently asked questions

What is a no wagering casino?

A casino that pays bonus or free spin winnings as cash, with no requirement to bet them a number of times before you can withdraw.

Which UK casinos have no wagering?

Of the offers listed, PlayOJO has no wagering on any bonus. MrQ, Pub Casino, Jackpotjoy, Sky Vegas, All British Casino, Fun Casino and Quickbet offer no-wagering welcome spins.

Are no wagering free spins worth it?

They are worth the full value of what they win, which makes them better than an offer of the same size with 10 times wagering. The total value is usually small, from £5 to £25 in the offers listed here.

Do no wagering bonuses have a maximum win?

Some do. MrQ and Pub Casino state that their welcome spin winnings are uncapped. Check the terms of any other offer.

Is no wagering the same as no deposit?

No. Most no-wagering offers need a qualifying deposit. Sky Vegas is the exception in our table: 50 of its 250 free spins are given on registration, before any deposit.

What is the maximum wagering in the UK?

10 times the bonus, for casinos licensed by the Gambling Commission, since 19 January 2026.
