Pub Casino is run by L & L Europe Limited, a Maltese company that has held a Gambling Commission licence since 1 November 2014. It is one of seven casinos on the same licence, alongside All British Casino and CasinoCasino.

Its strongest points are a welcome offer with no wagering, support that answers by phone, email and live chat around the clock, and a full set of limits. Its weakest are a shorter list of game studios on show than the bigger brands, and help pages that still quote wagering figures from before the 2026 rules.

This review covers the site, its terms and its help pages as of 2 October 2026. Payment speeds below are the operator's published figures.

Licence and ownership: 8.0

Pub Casino's footer names L & L Europe Ltd, its Malta address and its Gambling Commission account number, 38758. The register confirms the account, lists pubcasino.co.uk as an active domain, and shows no regulatory action.

The company also holds a betting licence on the same account, which covers the sportsbook on Pub Casino and its sister brand Quickbet. We would score this higher if the site said more about the group behind the company, which it does not describe beyond the name.

Bonus terms: 8.5

New UK players get 50 Cash Spins worth 20p each on Octobeer Fortunes, which is £10 of spins in total. To get them you opt in, deposit, and play at least £10. The spins expire after 48 hours, and Skrill deposits do not qualify.

The winnings from Cash Spins are paid as cash, with no wagering and no maximum win. That is the best structure a welcome offer can have, and it is why this score is high.

Two things hold it back. The 48-hour window is short, so claim it when you have time to play. And the site's own pages are out of date: the homepage FAQ still mentions 35 times wagering, and the bonus page gives 40 times as a general default before saying UK players get 10 times. For UK players, any bonus that does carry wagering is capped at 10 times the bonus, slots and Slingo count in full, table games and video poker count for nothing, and live casino is blocked while a bonus is active.

Deposits and withdrawals: 7.5

The cashier takes Visa and Mastercard debit cards, Apple Pay, Trustly, Skrill and Neteller, and all of them work for withdrawals too. The payments page says Visa withdrawals use Visa Direct and are "basically instant" if your bank supports it, and that Skrill and Neteller withdrawals are instant.

Identity checks run through Experian when you sign up. If the electronic check fails, you are asked for documents. The terms add a second check once your deposits or withdrawals pass £1,400 in total, so expect to be asked again at that point.

Two terms cost it points. An account with money in it becomes inactive after 12 months, and from the 13th month the operator charges £10 a month if it cannot return the balance to you. And the site does not publish a minimum withdrawal or a processing time for card payouts that are not on Visa Direct.

Games and software: 7.0

The about page names Novomatic, Blueprint, Evolution, NetEnt, Big Time Gaming and IGT among its studios, so the main UK slot names and Evolution's live tables are there. The site does not publish a total number of games.

It is a solid library for a slots player, but without a published game count or a full list of studios, it is harder to judge against the largest UK casinos.

Support and complaints: 8.5

Support is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year, by live chat, email ([email protected]) and phone (+44 1223 931493). A UK phone line is less common than it used to be, and it is useful when a payment goes wrong.

The complaints page is clear. A formal complaint is acknowledged within 24 hours and settled within 8 weeks. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can take it to eCOGRA, the free independent service named in the terms.

Safer gambling tools: 8.5

From My Account you can set a deposit limit, a net deposit limit, a loss limit, a bet limit and a time limit. A reality check is part of signing up and shows a reminder every 15 to 60 minutes of play. You can take a short time out or a longer self-exclusion, and message the Safer Gambling team directly from your account.

The responsible gaming page is long and specific, including worked examples of how a net deposit limit behaves.
