Key terms: 18+. mFortune closed in November 2024. Its last welcome offer (October 2024) was up to £100 on a £10 first deposit and up to 100 free spins on the second, with 40x wagering and a £100 cap on winnings.

mFortune is closed. The UK casino and bingo site stopped taking registrations and deposits on 24 October 2024, and its operator, Viral Interactive Limited, surrendered its Gambling Commission licences on 11 November 2024. The register lists mfortune.co.uk as inactive on account 42739, and the domain no longer serves a website. Anything calling itself mFortune today is not operating under that licence.

It scores 3.1 out of 10. That score is for a brand UK players can no longer use: when it was open it ran on a full UK licence with standard safer gambling tools, but it now has no licence, no support desk and no site, and its first operator left the market under a Gambling Commission suspension.

Facts on this page are as of 19 October 2026.

Licence and ownership: 2.0

mFortune had two operators. It launched under In Touch Games Limited of Birmingham, Gambling Commission account 2091. That company's record with the regulator was poor. The Commission says In Touch paid a £2.2 million settlement in 2019, received a £3.4 million fine and warning in 2021, and on 25 January 2023 a further £6.1 million penalty for social responsibility and anti-money laundering failings. On 1 September 2023 the Commission suspended its licences, citing suspected failures over money laundering, fair and transparent terms and reporting key events, and the company surrendered them on 5 September 2023.

mFortune then reopened under Viral Interactive Limited, a Malta company (C66828) registered in Xewkija, Gozo, on account 42739. Its terms in this period, version 2.3.4 valid from 11 July 2024, ran under that licence. The live register shows the account's casino, bingo, betting and linked software licences all surrendered on 11 November 2024, and no regulatory action against Viral itself. All six of its domains are inactive.

The low score is not about how mFortune ran in 2024. It is that there is no licence behind the name now. Our guide on how to check a UK casino licence shows how to confirm whether a site is still licensed.

What happened to mFortune?

The closing notice, still shown on the site in early 2025, read: "This website will be closing on Nov 21st 2024. Starting from Oct 24th 2024, registrations and deposits on mFortune are closed." Players could still withdraw cash balances by the normal route until then. The same page carried an advert for 7bet Casino's welcome offer.

Viral's licence was surrendered ten days before that closing date. Today mfortune.co.uk does not serve a site at all. If you held money there and did not withdraw it, the routes named in Viral's terms were its complaints address, [email protected], and IBAS, the independent adjudication service.

Bonus terms: 3.0

The last welcome offer, published in October 2024, was up to £100 bonus on a first deposit of at least £10, then up to 100 free spins worth 10p on a second deposit of £10 or more, with a Wheel of Fortune pop-up. Wagering was 40x, winnings after wagering were capped at £100, and pay by phone deposits did not qualify. Weekly promotions such as Fortune Friday gave one free spin per £1 deposited, up to 200, on the same 40x and £100 cap.

The promotional terms set a £5 maximum stake with bonus funds, seven days to use any bonus, a £10 cap on no-deposit wins, and a rule against single bets of 30% or more of the bonus. Withdrawing removed any active bonus. 40x with a £100 ceiling was a poor deal even by 2024 standards; our wagering requirements guide shows why.

Deposits and withdrawals: 3.5

In September 2024 the banking page listed Trustly, Visa debit, Mastercard debit and PayPal, each with a £4 minimum deposit, £10,000 maximum, a £10 minimum withdrawal and a £7,500 maximum, with no fees. Withdrawals took "up to 5 working days". Pay by phone through Fonix took deposits from £10, at £40 a transaction and £240 a month, with a 5% fee, and could not be used to withdraw.

The FAQ gave a different figure, saying funds reached your original payment method "within 7 working days". Identity checks took up to 72 hours, usually less than 8. After 12 months without a log-in, a £3 monthly fee could be charged. None of this can be used now, which is why the score is low.

Games and software: 4.0

mFortune advertised more than 1,300 games, with slots, bingo rooms, a Live RTP page and its own "mFortune Selection" of exclusive titles. In its last months the lobby listed nine providers, with a 51-game section of Pragmatic Play slots. Demo play was not offered. It promoted pay by phone deposits heavily, but the games are gone with it.

Support and complaints: 2.0

When open, support ran every day from 6:00 to 22:00 GMT. Complaints went in writing to [email protected], were investigated within eight weeks, and could then go to IBAS. There is no longer a support desk to contact.

Safer gambling tools: 4.0

Viral's terms gave the tools a UK licence requires. Deposit limits took effect at once when lowered and after 24 hours when raised, time-outs ran for 1 day, 7 days, 4 weeks or 6 weeks, and self-exclusion was available through support or the account settings. The site linked to GAMSTOP and explained bank gambling blocks and blocking software. Those tools were sound, but they protect nobody now.

Overall score

Area Score
Licence and ownership 2.0
Bonus terms 3.0
Deposits and withdrawals 3.5
Games and software 4.0
Support and complaints 2.0
Safer gambling tools 4.0
Overall 3.1

The overall score is the average of the six areas. It rests on the Gambling Commission register, the Commission's enforcement notices, and mFortune's own terms, banking page and complaints procedure as published between September and October 2024.

mFortune sister sites

Under Viral Interactive, the register lists six domains on account 42739, all now inactive: mfortune.co.uk, Jammy Monkey (jammymonkey.com), Pocket Win (pocketwin.co.uk), Luck.com, Lucky Casino (luckycasino.com) and Mad Slots (madslots.com). mFortune's own footer linked to Luck, Mad Slots, Pocket Win and Jammy Monkey as "Our Casino Sites".

Under In Touch Games, the Commission's 2023 suspension notice listed bonusboss.co.uk, cashmo.co.uk, casino2020.co.uk, drslot.co.uk, jammymonkey.com, mrspin.co.uk, pocketwin.co.uk and slotfactory.com alongside mfortune.co.uk. None of these is licensed today.

Who mFortune suits

Nobody, because it is closed. Players who used it for pay by phone slots or bingo need a casino that holds a current Gambling Commission licence; for bingo, our Jackpotjoy review covers one of the longest-running UK sites, and our fast withdrawal casinos guide lists UK-licensed sites with quick payouts.

Offshore alternatives to mFortune

The two casinos below are not licensed in Great Britain and are not covered by GAMSTOP, so none of the UK protections mFortune once carried apply to them. mFortune took deposits from £4 and capped bonus wins at £100 after 40x; JetSetSpins and NeonStake need £/€30 and £/€20 for their first-deposit bonus, wager 20x the bonus, and pay withdrawals in crypto only.

JetSetSpins gives a choice on the first deposit: 200% up to £10,000 plus 100 free spins from £30, with 20x wagering on the bonus only and seven days to clear it, or 250 free spins with no wagering at all. Either way the deposit also unlocks the Royal Wheel, one free spin a day for seven days.

NeonStake matches the 200% up to £10,000 plus 100 free spins from a lower £20 deposit, at the same 20x on the bonus, or 200 wager-free spins from £50. It also pays 10% of the previous day's slot losses back every day as cash, with no wagering.

Both are sister sites on one platform, with casino, live casino and sportsbook on a single account. They pay out in crypto only, £100 to £500 per request. Neither names the company behind it, and neither holds a licence we could verify on any regulator's register, so GAMSTOP and the UK complaints route do not cover them. If you have self-excluded, they are not for you. Both offers and their full terms are side by side on our casino offers page.
