Red Lion Casino, trading as TheRedLionCasino at theredlioncasino.com, is an offshore casino and sportsbook that takes British players in pounds while naming no company and showing no licence anywhere on the site. It has no Gambling Commission licence. The welcome bonus is large on paper and the terms behind it are hard.

It scores 3.6 out of 10. The lobby is big and support is open around the clock, but you do not know who you are contracting with, the welcome bonus needs 45x wagering, and every deposit has to be turned over three times before you can withdraw.

Licence and ownership: 2.5

The terms run to 24 sections and never say who "the Operator" is. There is no company name, registration number, address or licence number in the terms, the footer, the About Us page or the contact page. The footer carries only the copyright line.

That was not always so. In January 2026 the same site's footer said it was operated by CW Marketing B.V., Curaçao company 143854, under Curaçao Gaming Control Board licence OGL/2024/376/0148, with payments handled by Valdosa Trading Co. Ltd. of Nicosia. The Curaçao Gaming Authority's certificate for that licence shows CW Marketing B.V. as an active B2C licensee since 18 December 2024, with "No approved domains on file". The site's January 2026 text also held an alternative footer naming Green Champions Leader SRL of Costa Rica as owner. Green Champions Leader SRL holds Anjouan licence ALSI-202502014-FI1, valid to 11 February 2027, but the Anjouan register lists 41 domains on it and theredlioncasino.com is not one of them.

Is Red Lion Casino open to UK players?

Yes. The cashier opens with GB and GBP selected, offers are quoted in pounds, and the United Kingdom is not on either restricted list. The general terms bar residents of Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Saba, Statia, St Maarten, the UAE, Brunei, Cambodia, North Korea, Japan and Qatar. The bonus terms add a longer list of countries excluded from promotions, including France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and the United States, but not the UK.

There is also a Bore Draw offer labelled for the United Kingdom, refunding correct score bets on 0-0 Premier League games. The site is plainly aimed at British players, without any British licence.

Bonus terms: 3.0

The welcome offer is 200% up to £1,500 on a first deposit of at least £25. Its own terms set:

• 45x wagering on the bonus amount
• slots only, and no live casino at all
• only bets between £0.50 and £5 count towards wagering
• 45 days to complete
• withdrawing before the wagering is done removes the bonus and everything won with it

On a £100 deposit you get £200 of bonus and must stake £9,000 on slots before any of it becomes cash. The general bonus terms add a long list of excluded slots and treat several common habits as abuse, including switching between high and low variance play and placing more than the deposit in one bet.

Deposits and withdrawals: 3.5

The cashier lists eight methods. Visa and Mastercard take £25 to £500 a deposit. Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin and USDT on Ethereum and TRON take £25 to £100,000. There is no PayPal, no e-wallet and no bank transfer.

The withdrawal rules are the weak point:

• every deposit must be wagered three times, or bet at odds of 1.50 or more on sport, before a withdrawal request
• the casino may charge 10% on withdrawals of money that was not played
• withdrawals are capped at €5,000 a day and €25,000 a calendar month, and wins over €30,000 can be paid in monthly instalments
• the casino may choose which payment method it pays to
• ID, a live selfie holding the document and possibly proof of address are needed before a withdrawal

No payout time is published. A £40,000 win would take two calendar months to reach you at the monthly cap.

Accounts not used for 12 months are classed as dormant and can be closed, with the balance removed and an administration fee charged. You have six months from closure to ask for reactivation, after which the money can be forfeited.

The About Us page claims more than 15,000 games, with slots, live casino, crash games, a sportsbook, jackpots and tournaments. The homepage features Endorphina, Evoplay, Mascot and Triav among its providers. The game count is the casino's own figure, and slot bonus contributions run at 100% for slots, 50% for virtual games and 20% for table games.

The library is the one area where Red Lion compares with mainstream sites.

Live chat is advertised as open 24 hours a day, and email goes to [email protected] in English, German, Spanish, Norwegian and Finnish. Verification decisions are promised by email within 24 hours of documents being sent.

Complaints go to customer services first. If that fails, the terms say the dispute "may be referred for adjudication by the Betting Board", a body the terms never identify, or else to a single arbitrator. There is no independent British complaints route.

The responsible gaming page is three short paragraphs with no tools listed. Deposit limits are set by emailing support, and raising one takes effect after 24 hours.
