The Anjouan Gaming register lists Win Top Ltd as holder of ALSI-202509029-FI1, a B2C licence issued on 16 September 2025 and valid until 15 September 2027. Spinpolo.com is one of 29 domains on that single line. Casino Guru names Win Top Ltd as owner and Winstrax Ltd as operator.
Spinpolo itself does not tell a UK visitor any of this. The only page it serves in the UK is the 403 notice, which names no company, licence or address. Win Top Ltd and Winstrax Ltd do not appear in the Gambling Commission's register, and neither does Spinpolo.
Anjouan licensing asks far less of an operator than the Gambling Commission does. There is no requirement to join GAMSTOP, no British dispute service, and no UK rules on affordability or stake limits. Is Spinpolo open to UK players?
No. On 5 October 2026 spinpolo.com returned the 403 page to UK visitors, and Casino Guru lists Spinpolo as not accepting players from the United Kingdom. Several sister domains on the same licence showed UK visitors the same page that day.
Spinpolo does not publish its terms or its restricted-country list to UK visitors. If you reach the site by hiding your location, assume the operator can refuse to pay out: that is standard in offshore terms, and Casino Guru flags Spinpolo's terms for allowing winnings to be confiscated over play it classes as bonus hunting or low-risk. We do not recommend trying.

UK visitors are not shown an offer, and the bonus terms cannot be read from the UK. Third-party listings disagree with each other: a Canadian review from May 2026 recorded a four-deposit package starting at 177% up to C$777 with 77 free spins, while UK-facing directories quote 100% up to €500 with 200 spins. These numbers differ by market and change often.

That ceiling matters. At €500 a day, a €5,000 win takes ten days to come out, and at €7,000 a month anything larger is spread over several months. The Canadian review recorded a minimum withdrawal of C$80 and a maximum of C$800 per transaction, and said deposits must be wagered once before withdrawal. Spinpolo does not publish a payout time that a UK reader can see.

The 403 page gives [email protected] and nothing else. Casino Guru found support average and English only.
Casino Guru holds five complaints against Spinpolo: one open, one unresolved, three rejected, none resolved. Four concern delayed withdrawals or verification, and one questions whether the casino is legitimate. The disputed amounts listed are £90, €400, €500 and €4,740, the £90 claim being made in pounds. Casino Guru calls the value of disputed winnings very high for a casino of its size, and lists the time allowed to supply verification documents as unreasonably short. Anjouan gives you no British complaints route.
