Vipzino review

Vipzino is a casino and sportsbook run by Greenwich N.V., a Curaçao company, under a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence. It does not hold a Gambling Commission licence, and its own terms list the United Kingdom as a restricted country. On 5 October 2026 UK visitors saw the lobby behind a notice reading "We're sorry, but Vipzino cannot be accessed", which said the site does not accept registrations from their location.

It scores 4.0 out of 10. The licence is real and checkable. Most other things a UK player cares about are not on offer here.

Vipzino at a glance

Licence and ownership: 3.0

The Curaçao Gaming Authority's certificate page for vipzino.com names Greenwich N.V., company number 160325, as the operator and gives licence OGL/2024/1646/1023, granted on 31 October 2024, with its status as Active. Vipzino's footer, as archived in November 2025, said the same and named a Cyprus payment agent, Verdewich Partners Ltd. The current footer shows no company name at all, so the certificate is the place to check.

Greenwich N.V. also appears on the Anjouan Gaming register under ALSI-112405004-FI1, listing vipzino.com with betsixty.com, nyxbets.com and crystalroll.com. That entry is still marked valid, but its expiry date, 6 May 2026, has passed.

Neither Vipzino nor Greenwich appears in the Gambling Commission's register. The general terms, dated 30 September 2024, include the United Kingdom in the list of Restricted Countries, and say the casino "cannot guarantee successful processing of withdrawals or refunds" for players who breach that list. They also warn that deposits, winnings and bonuses gained from a restricted country using any connection that disguises your location may be forfeited, with the account closed.

Bonus terms: 3.0

The promotions page lists a first deposit bonus up to €1,500 with 150 free spins, a second of 55% up to €500 with 100 spins, and a third of 100% up to €500. Casino Guru records the first as 100% up to €500 plus 150 spins. The "Accounts, Payouts and Bonuses" page then says the maximum for each of the three bonuses is €150 "unless otherwise specified". Those three figures cannot all be right, and the page does not settle it.

The rules that do not vary:

• 40x wagering on the bonus, and the bonus is sticky: you cannot withdraw until wagering is done.
• €15 minimum deposit for each welcome bonus.
• €5 maximum bet on slots while wagering, €10 on live games.
• Winnings capped at 10 times the bonus.
• 7 days to complete the welcome bonuses (the general bonus rule says 14).
• Free spins on Gates of Olympus or named BGaming slots, with a €50 cap on spin winnings.
• Table games, scratch cards and most live games count 0%. Live roulette and blackjack count 10%.

Deposits and withdrawals: 4.0

Footer payment icons show Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and crypto. Casino Guru lists 15 methods, including Skrill, MiFinity, Jeton, Revolut and bank transfer. The site runs in euros: the terms name EUR as the only currency, so a sterling card is converted by your bank.

The withdrawal rules contradict each other in places:

Both pages agree on the rest. Withdrawals take up to 72 hours to process. Deposits must be played through three times before you can withdraw. Withdrawals go back to the deposit method. Limits by day, week or month depend on your loyalty rank; Casino Guru records them as €1,000 a day, €3,000 a week and €10,000 a month. Accounts unused for 12 months are charged €10 a month.

Games and software: 6.5

Vipzino says it has more than 6,000 games. Casino Guru counts 75 providers, among them Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, Push Gaming, Red Tiger and BGaming, plus live tables and a sportsbook. The library is the strongest part of the site.

Support and complaints: 4.5

Vipzino advertises 24/7 live chat and email at [email protected]. Casino Guru rates its support as good and lists no complaints against it, with a Safety Index of 7.8.

The complaints route is the weak part. The dispute page says complaints go to support, then up "in the organization", and after that you may contact "any independent body, gaming authority, or the licensing regulator listed on the Website". No independent dispute service is named, and the casino's server logs are "the final authority". There is no British ADR body and no Gambling Commission oversight.

Safer gambling tools: 3.0

Self-exclusion runs from six months to five years, or indefinitely, and the terms mention loss limits. The safer gambling page links to GamCare. Vipzino is not part of GAMSTOP, so a GAMSTOP registration does not stop you opening an account, and the terms note that deposit limits cannot be applied to crypto deposits. Ending an indefinite self-exclusion takes only a request to support and a 7-day wait.

The overall score is the average of the six areas, based on Vipzino's published terms and help pages.

Sister sites and Spinpolo

Greenwich N.V.'s Anjouan entry lists three other casinos: Betsixty, Nyxbets and CrystalRoll. On 5 October 2026 all three sent UK visitors to a "not allowed" page.

Vipzino is not related to Spinpolo. Spinpolo belongs to Win Top Ltd under a separate Anjouan licence, uses a different payment company and runs on different software.

Who Vipzino suits

It does not suit UK players. The terms exclude the United Kingdom, money won from a restricted country can be withheld, and none of the UK protections apply. Vipzino alternatives that take UK sign-ups

Vipzino's terms exclude the United Kingdom. Two offshore sites that list the UK in their sign-up form, quote limits in pounds and publish their terms in full are below.
