Where Casimba fits in

Casimba Gaming describes itself as a B2C and B2B iGaming provider powering more than 20 casino brands on its own platform. Its announcement of 247bet said the brand would launch "under White Hat Gaming's UKGC licence" for the UK market first. Its affiliate programme lists 247bet with August 2025 as the launch date and White Hat Gaming as the platform. For a player, the company that matters is White Hat Gaming Limited, because it holds the licence and is named in the terms.

Older names on the account, including Karamba, Hopa, Mr Ben, Mr Run, Griffon Casino and Reel Island, are listed as Inactive on the live register. They are part of the account's history, not live sister sites. Our Miami Dice review covers one of the group's casino brands in full.

What the group shares

  • One licence holder: White Hat Gaming Limited is responsible for your account at every brand.
  • One self-exclusion: 247bet's player protection page says a self-exclusion "will apply to all of your accounts in the network", and it links to the Gambling Commission's domain list for account 52894 as the list of sites.
  • The same cashier rules: a £20 minimum withdrawal, withdrawals back to the deposit method, and the same inactivity fee.
  • One complaints route: the internal procedure, then eCOGRA as the alternative dispute resolution provider.

One thing is not shared: deposit limits. The player protection page says a limit set on one website "only applies to the account with this Website and not to any other website owned or operated by us". A player who uses two brands in the group has to set limits on each.

How the welcome offers differ across the group

The platform rules are shared, but each brand sets its own welcome. On 19 October 2026 the group's homepages showed a wide spread, every one with a £20 minimum deposit:

Brand Welcome offer on 19 October 2026 How winnings are paid
247bet 75 bonus spins on Big Bass Bonanza, after wagering £20 Bonus funds, capped at £100, 10x wagering
Grand Ivy 75 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza, after wagering £10 Cash, capped at £100
Casimba 50 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza, then 50% up to £50 on the 2nd deposit Spins after wagering £10 of the deposit
Dream Vegas 50 free spins on Big Bass Splash, then 50% up to £50 on the 2nd deposit Spins after wagering £10 of the deposit
Jackpot Village 200 bonus spins on Book of Dead Bonus funds, capped at £50, 10x wagering
Casiku 50 wager-free spins on Big Bass Splash, after wagering £50 the same day Cash, capped at £50
Playzee 100% match up to £25 Bonus funds, 10x wagering, 7 days
Barz 10% weekly cashback on net cash losses Cash

The useful distinction is between free spins and bonus spins. On this platform, free spins winnings are usually paid as cash you can withdraw at once, while bonus spins winnings arrive as bonus funds that must be wagered 10 times. 247bet's offer is the second kind, so on the same £20 deposit, Grand Ivy's 75 spins on the same slot are paid more generously. If you want winnings with no strings, our guide to no wagering casinos covers the UK sites that pay spins as cash.

The welcome offers and key terms

The casino welcome offer (terms version 6.0, updated 18 July 2026):

  • Offer: 75 bonus spins on Big Bass Bonanza on your first deposit.
  • To qualify: deposit at least £20 and wager at least £20 of that deposit on slots.
  • Eligibility: 18 or over, resident in Great Britain, new account, fully verified, no other active bonus.
  • Spins: must be used within 72 hours.
  • Winnings: paid as bonus funds, capped at £100, with 10x wagering. Bonus funds must be used within 30 days.
  • Maximum bet: £5 with bonus funds.

The sports welcome offer is a £20 free bet when you place a £20 bet in one transaction at odds of 2.00 or higher. Ongoing offers include a Booster Wheel, a loyalty club that pays 1 XP point for every £5 cash wagered and rewards levels with spins, and prize draws for depositing players. Our guide to wagering requirements shows what 10x on £100 means in stakes.

Withdrawals and account rules

Term What it says
Minimum deposit £20
Minimum withdrawal £20 (smaller balances through support)
Withdrawal route Back to the payment method used to deposit
Payment methods Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, bank transfer, open banking, Revolut, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Neosurf
Before any withdrawal Verification checks completed and payments confirmed
Inactive accounts After 12 months, then £5 a month from 30 days after the first notice
Complaints Aim to resolve within 28 days, up to 8 weeks, then eCOGRA

The terms are dated 24 September 2026 (version 7.4).

Two clauses in the terms matter more than the table. First, customer money: White Hat says it holds customer funds separately from business accounts, with arrangements to pay them out to customers if the company becomes insolvent, which meets the Gambling Commission's medium level of protection. Second, verification: withdrawals may be limited or suspended while checks are running, and if your details cannot be verified the account is closed and the company reserves the right to return the balance only up to the value of your deposits. Using a card or wallet in someone else's name can get the payment method suspended and trigger source of funds checks.

Complaints, step by step

The complaints procedure has three stages. Start with live chat or email to support. If that does not settle it, the support adviser's team leader reviews the case. If you are still unhappy, the complaints team takes it over, gives it a case ID and records it either as a complaint about service or as a dispute about a bet or game. The terms aim for an answer within 28 days and allow up to 8 weeks.

Only disputes about gambling transactions can go to eCOGRA, the free alternative dispute resolution provider the terms name. Complaints about service, such as how an agent handled a chat, stay inside the company. The terms also say complaints raised on social media or other third-party platforms will not be handled; they must go through the procedure.

Safer gambling

The player protection page offers financial limits (decreases apply at once, increases after 24 hours and a confirmation), time-outs from 24 hours to 6 weeks, a clock-off tool for set hours or days, a payday time-out, and self-exclusion for 6 months to 5 years. As a Gambling Commission licensee, 247bet takes part in GAMSTOP. Support runs 24/7.

Offshore alternatives to 247bet

The two casinos below are not licensed in Great Britain and are not covered by GAMSTOP, so none of the protections above apply. 247bet caps its welcome spin winnings at £100 and wraps them in 10x wagering, while JetSetSpins and NeonStake offer 250 and 200 spins with no wagering on winnings; both, though, pay withdrawals in cryptocurrency only and name no company in their terms.

JetSetSpins gives a choice on the first deposit: 200% up to £10,000 plus 100 free spins from £30, with 20x wagering on the bonus only and seven days to clear it, or 250 free spins with no wagering at all. Either way the deposit also unlocks the Royal Wheel, one free spin a day for seven days.

NeonStake matches the 200% up to £10,000 plus 100 free spins from a lower £20 deposit, at the same 20x on the bonus, or 200 wager-free spins from £50. It also pays 10% of the previous day's slot losses back every day as cash, with no wagering.

Both are sister sites on one platform, with casino, live casino and sportsbook on a single account. They pay out in crypto only, £100 to £500 per request. Neither names the company behind it, and neither holds a licence we could verify on any regulator's register, so GAMSTOP and the UK complaints route do not cover them. If you have self-excluded, they are not for you. Both offers and their full terms are side by side on our casino offers page.
