30Bet is run by RegalTech Solutions Limitada, a company incorporated in Costa Rica, under a licence from the Tobique Gaming Commission, number 0000087. It has no Gambling Commission licence, and its terms prohibit users located in the United Kingdom. Its confirmed sister sites are Qbet, 55Bet, Manga Casino, SlotExpress, Pubs and Howzit Casino, all of which name RegalTech Solutions Limitada as their operator.

Many UK comparison pages still describe 30Bet as a Novatech Solutions N.V. brand on a Curaçao or Anjouan licence. The current terms say otherwise. This page sets out who runs 30Bet now, which casinos share its operator, and what its terms say about bonuses and withdrawals.

Facts on this page are as of 19 October 2026.

Who runs 30Bet

The general terms open with the operator. The website www.30bet.com "is owned and operated by RegalTech Solutions Limitada a company duly incorporated in Costa Rica, company number 3-102-924841". The next clause gives the licence: "We are licensed and regulated by the Tobique Gaming Commission to offer games of chance under license number 0000087." Payments go through Petillant Solutions Ltd., a Cyprus company.

The Tobique Gaming Commission describes itself as a regulatory body that promotes economic development for the Tobique First Nation. Its published list of licence holders includes Regaltech Solutions Limitada with a B2C licence that runs to 17 July 2027. The list gives company names and expiry dates but not licence numbers, so the number 0000087 comes from 30Bet's own terms.

A Tobique licence does not allow a casino to take bets from Great Britain. Only the Gambling Commission can do that, and neither 30Bet nor RegalTech appears on the Gambling Commission public register. Our guide to checking a UK casino licence shows how to confirm that for any site.

30Bet does not accept UK players

The terms state: "Access to and use of the Website is prohibited for users located in the following jurisdictions", and the list includes the United Kingdom, along with the United States, the Netherlands and the Canadian provinces of Ontario and New Brunswick.

The site enforces it. On 19 October 2026 a UK visitor to 30bet.com was sent to a Region Blocked page: "You are unable to access 30Bet from this Country IP." The site's own access service recorded the visitor's country as GB.

30Bet sister sites

30Bet's sister sites name the same company, the same registration number and the same Costa Rican address in their footers or terms. All six also run on the same technical setup: they call the same player access service before showing anything, sit behind the same web firewall, and load their pages from the same content system.

Brand Domain How the link is confirmed UK status on 19 October 2026
30Bet 30bet.com RegalTech named in terms; Tobique 0000087 UK prohibited in terms; Region Blocked page
Qbet qbet.com RegalTech and Tobique 0000087 in terms; same platform UK prohibited in terms; restricted page
55Bet 55bet.com RegalTech and Tobique 0000087 in terms; same platform UK prohibited in terms; restricted page
Manga Casino mangacasino.com RegalTech and Tobique 0000087 in footer; same platform Restricted country page
SlotExpress slotexpress.com RegalTech and Tobique 0000087 in footer Help centre says new customers only from countries listed at registration
Pubs pubs.com RegalTech and Tobique 0000087 in footer "We cannot accept players from United Kingdom"
Howzit Casino howzitcasino.com RegalTech in terms; Anjouan licence ALSI-202602046-FI2 UK prohibited in terms; restricted page

Two points of detail:

  • Howzit Casino is the odd one out on licensing. Its terms name RegalTech Solutions Limitada but cite an Anjouan licence, ALSI-202602046-FI2, granted on 28 February 2026, rather than the Tobique licence.
  • SlotExpress shows its prices in pounds and its footer names RegalTech and Tobique licence 0000087. It does not publish a country list on its help centre; it says new customers are only accepted from the countries offered at registration.

Older lists also name Mr Cat Casino and Letou as 30Bet sister sites. Neither names RegalTech, and Mr Cat runs on a different technical setup, so they are not in the table.

From Novatech to RegalTech

Most third-party pages about 30Bet still name Novatech Solutions N.V. of Curaçao as its operator. Its current terms name RegalTech Solutions Limitada instead, and so do the footers and terms of Qbet, 55Bet and Manga Casino, brands those same pages list alongside 30Bet under Novatech. The contract a player signs today is with a Costa Rican company on a Tobique licence, not with a Curaçao company, and any claim is against the company named in the terms at the time. The terms do not say who ultimately owns RegalTech.

The same brands also share a habit of switching regulators. 30Bet sits on Tobique, Howzit on Anjouan. For a player, the regulator named in the terms is the one that handles a complaint, so it is worth checking which applies before depositing. Our Qbet sister sites page covers the biggest brand in the group.

The welcome bonus and key terms

The casino welcome offer shown to 30Bet's international market is a two-deposit package of up to €300:

Deposit Bonus
1st 100% up to €100
2nd 50% up to €200

The terms that decide what it is worth:

  • Minimum deposit: €20 to claim. The general minimum deposit is €10.
  • Wagering: 35 times the bonus amount, within 30 days. Our guide to wagering requirements shows what that means in stakes.
  • Games: slots only. Table games, live casino and other categories do not count, and a long list of slots, including Blood Suckers, Dead or Alive 2 and Book of 99, cannot be played with bonus funds.
  • Maximum bet: €5 a spin, or €0.50 a line.
  • Feature buys: not allowed while playing with bonus funds.
  • Excluded payment methods: Neteller and Skrill deposits do not qualify.
  • Claim window: within 30 days of registration.

Default terms for other bonuses are harsher: reload bonuses up to 100% carry 40 times wagering, and anything above 100% carries 50 times. Winnings from no-deposit bonuses and free spins are capped at €100. A Cashback Royale offer pays 10% instant rakeback and 6% daily cashback on slots, up to €1,000, for euro accounts only. At a casino licensed in Great Britain, bonus wagering cannot be more than 10 times the bonus.

Withdrawals

Term What it says
Minimum withdrawal €10
Maximum withdrawal €10,000 a day, €25,000 a week, €100,000 a month
Large wins Withdrawals of €20,000 or more can be paid in instalments
Approval A withdrawal attempt "should be approved or denied within 24 (twenty-four) hours"
Extra withdrawals 3% fee, up to €20, on each withdrawal after the first in a rolling 24 hours
Verification Due diligence within 30 days of the first deposit, before €2,000 wagered, or before any withdrawal
Unverified payment method Two reminder emails, each with a €50 administrative fee
Inactive accounts €5 a month after 12 months without access

Withdrawals go back to the payment method used to deposit, and the company may split a withdrawal across several methods.

The limits are generous for an offshore site, but the fees are not. A player who cashes out twice in one day pays 3% on the second withdrawal, and the €50 reminder fees for an unverified payment method can eat a small balance quickly. Our guide to fast withdrawal casinos covers UK-licensed sites where verification is done before the first cash-out and no withdrawal fees apply.

Safer gambling and complaints

The terms offer deposit limits, net deposit limits, reality checks, time-outs of 72 hours, 7 days or 30 days, and self-exclusion. Raising a limit takes 24 hours. One clause matters for anyone thinking of moving between sister sites: "Self-exclusion is specific to this Website; please contact Support to extend this to all company brands."

Complaints get a final answer within 10 days, extendable by 10. After two months, the terms point players to EGIS, an alternative dispute resolution service, and then to the Tobique Gaming Commission itself.

What a UK player gives up

30Bet does not want British customers, and neither do its Tobique-licensed sister sites. Even where a RegalTech brand lets a UK player in, there is no Gambling Commission licence behind it: no 10x cap on bonus wagering, no GAMSTOP, no British complaints body, and a self-exclusion that stops at one brand unless you ask support to widen it.

30Bet alternatives that take UK sign-ups

30Bet prohibits users in the United Kingdom, while JetSetSpins and NeonStake both offer the United Kingdom at sign-up and leave it off their restricted lists. Their first-deposit bonuses carry 20x the bonus against 30Bet's 35x, though neither names a company in its terms and both pay withdrawals in cryptocurrency only.

JetSetSpins gives a choice on the first deposit: 200% up to £10,000 plus 100 free spins from £30, with 20x wagering on the bonus only and seven days to clear it, or 250 free spins with no wagering at all. Either way the deposit also unlocks the Royal Wheel, one free spin a day for seven days.

NeonStake matches the 200% up to £10,000 plus 100 free spins from a lower £20 deposit, at the same 20x on the bonus, or 200 wager-free spins from £50. It also pays 10% of the previous day's slot losses back every day as cash, with no wagering.

Both are sister sites on one platform, with casino, live casino and sportsbook on a single account. They pay out in crypto only, £100 to £500 per request. Neither names the company behind it, and neither holds a licence we could verify on any regulator's register, so GAMSTOP and the UK complaints route do not cover them. If you have self-excluded, they are not for you. Both offers and their full terms are side by side on our casino offers page.
