Qbet is run by RegalTech Solutions Limitada, a Costa Rican company licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission, and its terms list the United Kingdom as a prohibited jurisdiction. It has no Gambling Commission licence. Its confirmed sister sites are 30Bet, 55Bet, Slot Express, BVBet and Pubs, all run by the same company under the same licence.

Qbet sells itself as a "Cashback Casino": real-time rakeback on slots plus a daily cut of net losses, paid without wagering. That pitch is genuine. The problem for a British reader is simpler. The operator does not want UK customers, and says so in writing.

Facts on this page are as of 19 October 2026.

Who runs Qbet

Qbet is one of the few offshore casinos that names its operator plainly. The footer and clause 1.1 of the terms say the site is "owned and operated by RegalTech Solutions Limitada", a company incorporated in Costa Rica with the number 3-102-924841 and an address in San Pedro, San José.

The licence is from the Tobique Gaming Commission, a regulator set up by the Tobique First Nation in New Brunswick, Canada. Qbet quotes licence number 0000087. Its footer seal opens the Commission's own validation page, which on 19 October 2026 named RegalTech Solutions Limitada as the company, listed www.qbet.com as a registered website and showed the operating status as VALID. The Commission's published list of licence holders includes Regaltech Solutions Limitada as a B2C licensee, dated 17 July 2027.

Payments run through a separate company, Petillant Solutions Ltd of Nicosia, Cyprus (HE 476155). That is common in this part of the market: the licensed company sits in one country and the card processing sits in another. Clause 15 of the terms puts the whole agreement under the laws of Tobique, so any formal dispute would be heard under Tobique rules rather than English law.

None of this touches Great Britain. A Tobique licence does not allow a casino to offer gambling to people here, and Qbet is not on the Gambling Commission register under any name or domain. Our guide on how to check a casino's UK licence shows what a real British entry looks like.

Qbet does not accept UK players

Clause 2.8 of the terms reads: "Access to and use of the Website is prohibited for users located in the following jurisdictions". The list includes the United Kingdom, the United States, the Netherlands, Ontario and New Brunswick, among others.

The site applies that rule. On 19 October 2026 qbet.com showed UK visitors this page instead of the casino:

Qbet page for UK visitors reading You are unable to access Qbet from this Country IP, with a Contact Support button

The terms also allow Qbet to restrict or close an account and report the player when registration details turn out to be wrong. A UK resident who hides their location to sign up is breaching the terms from day one, which leaves any balance at the operator's discretion.

Qbet sister sites

RegalTech runs a small family of brands. Each one below names RegalTech Solutions Limitada in its footer, and each has its own Tobique validation page naming the same company with an operating status of VALID. Where the terms could be read, they match Qbet's almost line for line.

Brand Domain How the link is confirmed UK status on 19 October 2026
30Bet 30bet.com Footer names RegalTech; Tobique page VALID for RegalTech; 98% of the terms' sentences match Qbet's Restricted page; terms exclude the UK
55Bet 55bet.com Footer names RegalTech; Tobique page VALID for RegalTech; same terms opening clause Restricted page; terms exclude the UK
Slot Express slotexpress.com Footer names RegalTech; Tobique page VALID for RegalTech; 97% of sentences match Lobby loaded on slotexpress.game; terms exclude the UK
BVBet bvbet.com Footer names RegalTech; Tobique page VALID for RegalTech; same terms opening clause Restricted page; terms exclude the UK
Pubs pubs.com Footer names RegalTech; Tobique page VALID for RegalTech Crypto lobby loaded; terms not published at the usual address

The technical fingerprint backs this up. Qbet, 30Bet, 55Bet and BVBet all serve their default market under the same /en-UN path and send refused visitors to a near-identical /restricted page. 30Bet has its own page on UK Casinopedia: 30Bet sister sites.

Slot Express is the odd one out on access. It forwarded UK visitors to a second domain, slotexpress.game, and showed the lobby, yet its terms carry the same prohibited list with the United Kingdom on it. An open lobby does not change the rule in the terms.

Not a sister site: iBet

iBet looks like a twin. It uses the same front end, the same country paths and the same refusal page wording. Its footer, though, names a different company, Claymore Malta Ltd, under Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/B2C/748/2019, and only a handful of its terms sentences match Qbet's. A shared platform is not shared ownership, so iBet is left out of the table.

The welcome bonus and key terms

Qbet's casino welcome offer is modest: 100% up to €100 on the first deposit, claimed by opting in through the Rewards section. The terms on the offer itself say:

  • Minimum deposit: €10. Neteller and Skrill deposits do not qualify.
  • Wagering: 35 times the bonus amount, within 30 days.
  • Maximum bet: €5 a spin, or €0.50 a line, while wagering.
  • Games: slots only. Table games and live casino do not count, and a list of slots including Dead or Alive, Blood Suckers and Jack Hammer 2 is excluded.
  • Withdrawing early: a withdrawal forfeits the pending bonus.

A separate live casino welcome bonus pays 100% up to €300 from a €20 deposit, but it asks for 35 times the deposit plus the bonus, which on a €300 bonus is €21,000 of live bets. Our guide to wagering requirements explains why the deposit-plus-bonus basis matters.

The cashback is the better part

The Daily Perks offer pays 20% rakeback on slot stakes, calculated as stakes times 1% times 20%, plus 5% of daily net slot losses. It is paid as cash, with no wagering, and can be claimed several times a day once activated. The catch is a €500 ceiling on uncollected cashback. A weekly 5% live casino cashback, also wager-free, is capped at €500 a week.

Withdrawals

Term What it says
Minimum withdrawal €10
Maximum €10,000 a day, €25,000 a week, €100,000 a month
Large wins Amounts of €20,000 or more may be paid in instalments, without interest
Inactive accounts 12 months without a login makes an account inactive; a €5 monthly fee may then apply
Complaints Internal process first, then EGIS after two months, or the Tobique Gaming Commission in writing

Those limits are generous by offshore standards. Qbet says it aims to answer a complaint within 10 days. If a complaint is still open after two months, clause 10.5 points players to EGIS, an independent arbitration service, and clause 10.6 lets them write to the Tobique Gaming Commission once the internal process is finished. That is a fuller complaints route than most offshore casinos publish.

None of it helps a UK resident. Clause 2.7 says Qbet will not reimburse deposits, winnings or losses that arise from a player breaking a law that applies to them, so a British player who signs up anyway has very little to stand on if a payout is refused.

What a UK player gives up

Even if the access rule were lifted, a Qbet account would sit outside every British protection. Casinos licensed in Great Britain cannot ask for more than 10 times the bonus in wagering, must cap online slot stakes at £5 a spin (£2 for 18 to 24 year olds), cannot take credit cards and must sign up to GAMSTOP. A Tobique licence brings none of those rules, and disputes go to a regulator in Canada rather than a British dispute service.

Qbet alternatives that take UK sign-ups

Qbet and all five of its sister sites list the United Kingdom as a prohibited jurisdiction, while JetSetSpins and NeonStake both offer the UK as a country in their sign-up form and leave it off their restricted lists. For cashback, JetSetSpins pays 10% of weekly net slot losses and NeonStake 10% of daily net slot losses, both with no wagering and a ceiling of €10,000.

JetSetSpins gives a choice on the first deposit: 200% up to £10,000 plus 100 free spins from £30, with 20x wagering on the bonus only and seven days to clear it, or 250 free spins with no wagering at all. Either way the deposit also unlocks the Royal Wheel, one free spin a day for seven days.

NeonStake matches the 200% up to £10,000 plus 100 free spins from a lower £20 deposit, at the same 20x on the bonus, or 200 wager-free spins from £50. It also pays 10% of the previous day's slot losses back every day as cash, with no wagering.

Both are sister sites on one platform, with casino, live casino and sportsbook on a single account. They pay out in crypto only, £100 to £500 per request. Neither names the company behind it, and neither holds a licence we could verify on any regulator's register, so GAMSTOP and the UK complaints route do not cover them. If you have self-excluded, they are not for you. Both offers and their full terms are side by side on our casino offers page.
