BingoPlus has no sister sites. Leisure Electronics Limited runs it under Gambling Commission account 2016, and the account lists 13 web addresses, but every one that loads leads to the same BingoPlus site at playbingoplus.com. There is no second bingo brand, casino or white label on the licence.

The name causes confusion, because a much larger brand called BingoPlus operates in the Philippines. The two are unrelated. This page covers the British BingoPlus: who runs it, what the extra domains are, which businesses are genuinely connected to it, and the terms a player should know.

Facts on this page are as of 5 October 2026.

What BingoPlus is

BingoPlus is a live bingo site run by a company that builds bingo equipment. Leisure Electronics designs, makes and services the electronic bingo kit used in British bingo clubs and arcades, from its base in Hull. BingoPlus is its consumer brand.

The game started on terminals in venues and moved online later. BingoPlus says the same game can be played in high street and seaside venues as well as on its app and website, and its locations page claims more than 170 venues, including Admiral and Merkur arcades, Parkdean holiday parks and independent seaside sites. Online, a presenter calls the numbers from a studio in Hull between 10am and midnight. Games are 50, 75, 80 and 90-ball, with tickets from 25p, and jackpot games run roughly every 30 minutes.

BingoPlus also says it is the only place online to play the National Bingo Game, the linked game played in bingo halls across Britain since the 1980s. The site gives two different jackpot figures: the homepage says it reaches £50,000, while the about page says £250,000. Check the game screen for the current amount.

Slots sit alongside the bingo. The lobby leans on familiar bingo-site titles such as Fluffy Favourites, Big Bass Bonanza and Fishin' Frenzy, plus Slingo games.

The 13 domains on account 2016

The register lists 12 active addresses and 1 inactive one under Leisure Electronics. Its "Trading names" tab is empty, so the domain list is the full record.

The Casino Plus and Bet Plus names look like separate brands, but neither has ever traded as one. playcasinoplus.co.uk forwards to BingoPlus and the other Casino Plus and Bet Plus addresses do not load. The last archived copy of playbetplus.com, from May 2023, was the trade website of Wexel Gaming, the group's equipment company. These are reserved names and typo catchers, not sister sites.

Who owns BingoPlus

The BingoPlus footer says the site is "owned and operated by Leisure Electronics Ltd" at Unit 3 Leisure Way, Hull, and gives Gambling Commission account 2016. Companies House records Leisure Electronics Limited as company 04029865, incorporated on 10 July 2000.

Its person with significant control is Leisure Electronics Holdings Limited (10874252), which owns 75% or more. Sean Michael Young and Victoria Jane Young each hold between 25% and 50% of the holding company and are its two directors. Both have been directors of Leisure Electronics since it was formed in 2000.

The terms contain one error. They open by naming "Leisure Electronics Ltd operating as Bingo Plus" under account 2016, but the definitions define "Us" as "Bingo Plus Ltd", and the complaints address is also "Bingo Plus Ltd". There is no company of that name on Companies House. The licence holder, and the company you contract with, is Leisure Electronics Limited.

None of these is a sister site, but each is connected to BingoPlus in a way a player might come across.

Business Connection Gambling Commission account Does it take online players?
Wexel Gaming Limited Same owners, same address; makes the BingoPlus terminals for venues 31237, non-remote gambling software No

National Bingo Game Association Runs the National Bingo Game that BingoPlus offers online 2717, remote bingo No domains listed on its licence
BingoPlus Philippines (DigiPlus Interactive) Same name only None Not in Great Britain

Wexel Gaming is the closest relative. Wexel Gaming Limited (07553038) is registered care of Leisure Electronics in Hull, is owned 75% or more by the same holding company, and shares five of its directors, including both Youngs. It holds a non-remote gambling software licence, active since 11 January 2012, and the BingoPlus footer lists it next to Leisure Electronics. Its archived site described installing "Bingo Plus units" in Cashino venues in 2013. It supplies equipment and does not run a site for players.

The venues are customers, not sisters. Playing BingoPlus in an Admiral arcade means playing under that venue's licence and house rules, with no link to your online account.

The Philippine BingoPlus is run by DigiPlus Interactive Corp., formerly Leisure and Resorts World Corporation, through its subsidiary AB Leisure Exponent Inc. It launched in January 2022 with what DigiPlus describes as the first online traditional bingo licence from PAGCOR, the Philippine regulator. Its sister brands are ArenaPlus and GameZone. None of those businesses appears on the Gambling Commission register, and on 5 October 2026 bingoplus.com showed UK visitors a page titled "restrict access". It has nothing to do with the Hull operator, and a UK player cannot hold an account with it.

Terms a BingoPlus player should know

The general terms are dated 22 July 2026.

  • Welcome offer. New players who deposit and spend £5 receive a £5 bonus for live bingo, credited within 24 hours. Wagering is 1x, the bonus must be used within 7 days, and the largest ticket you can buy with bonus money is £2. The offer runs from 13 March 2026 to 11 January 2027. 18+, one per player.
  • Deposit limit at sign-up. New players must set a monthly deposit limit, or a net monthly limit, within a range the site sets.
  • Payments. Deposits need a debit card or bank account in your name, and winnings go back to the same method.
  • A £3 withdrawal fee on small balances. If your balance is under £10, withdrawing costs £3, so you need at least £3 in the account. The same charge applies to refunds under £10 when an account closes.
  • Dormant accounts. After 24 months with no deposit, bet or withdrawal, the operator contacts you a month in advance and refunds the balance.
  • Complaints. Email or live chat first; the operator acknowledges within 24 working hours and replies within 5 working days. If you are still unhappy, the free independent service is IBAS, and you have 12 months from the final response to go there.
  • Safer gambling. Time-outs run from 24 hours to 6 weeks and self-exclusion from 6 months to 5 years. The terms confirm that BingoPlus is registered with GAMSTOP.

The 2023 warning

On 15 December 2023 the Gambling Commission gave Leisure Electronics a formal warning. A licence review found it had failed to comply with social responsibility code 3.5.5, which requires online operators to take part in the national multi-operator self-exclusion scheme, GAMSTOP. The Commission recorded that the company co-operated and took steps to fix the failing, and its current terms say it is registered with GAMSTOP.

It is the only regulatory action on the account. It matters most to anyone who relies on GAMSTOP, and the gap it covered has since been closed.

If you want something similar

There is no other online brand from the same operator. Players who like hosted bingo on a site licensed in Great Britain should compare the bigger networks, for example the Gala Bingo sister sites or the Jackpotjoy sister sites, and check each licence with our guide to the register.

If gambling is causing you problems, the National Gambling Helpline is free and open 24 hours a day on 0808 8020 133.
