Jokabet sister sites

Jokabet is run by INVESTAN N.V., a company registered in Curaçao, under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/1630/1008. It has no Gambling Commission licence, and its own terms list the United Kingdom as a restricted country. Its one confirmed sister site is F7 Casino, which sits on the same licence and shares most of Jokabet's terms word for word.

Jokabet still gets plenty of UK searches, mostly from players who used it before it closed its doors to Britain, and from comparison sites that keep listing it. This page sets out who is behind it, which casinos are genuinely connected to it, and what its terms say about bonuses and withdrawals.

Who runs Jokabet

The general terms, in force since 1 May 2024, are plain about it. The website is "operated by INVESTAN N.V., registration number 153108, a company organized and existing under the laws of Curacao", with its registered office at Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N, Zuikertuin Tower. Payments are handled by a Cyprus company, INVESTAN PROCESSING SERVICES LTD, which the terms describe as an agent acting on INVESTAN's behalf. The terms are governed by the law of Curaçao.

The licence holds up. The Curaçao Gaming Authority's certificate for licence OGL/2024/1630/1008 names Investan N.V., company number 153108, licensed since 20 November 2024, with the application status "Granted" and the licence status "Active". What the certificate does not do is cover Great Britain. Only the Gambling Commission can license gambling for British players, and neither Jokabet nor INVESTAN N.V. appears on the Gambling Commission public register. A €5 million fine in Spain

INVESTAN N.V. has already been sanctioned by a European regulator over Jokabet. Spain's gambling regulator, the Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego, opened case ES/2023/247 after its inspectors recorded on 28 November 2023 that the Jokabet portal accepted Spanish players. The resolution fines INVESTAN N.V. five million euros (€5,000,000) and bars it from gambling activity in Spain, including obtaining a licence, for two years. Spain is now on Jokabet's restricted list too.

Jokabet does not accept UK players

The terms list the countries whose residents "are not allowed to deposit and play real money games". The United Kingdom is on the list, alongside Spain, France, the Netherlands and the United States. The terms add that the casino "cannot guarantee successful processing of withdrawals or refunds" for anyone who breaches that policy.

The site enforces it. A UK visitor who presses Sign up on 19 October 2026 got this message: "We're sorry, but Jokabet cannot be accessed. Due to the restrictions of the regulator, we do not accept registrations of players from your current location."

The currency list points the same way. The terms name EUR, CAD, NZD, CZK, ZAR, AUD and several crypto coins, but not pounds sterling.

Jokabet sister sites

The licence certificate is the best starting point, because it lists every domain the Curaçao Gaming Authority has approved for INVESTAN N.V. There are four: jokabet.com, f7casino.com, fridaywave.com and jackpotrover.com. Only one of the other three is a working casino.

F7 Casino

F7 Casino is the one real sibling. It runs on the same software, forwards to numbered mirrors in the same way (f7casino.com to 79f7casino23.com), and carries the same offers: a welcome pack of up to €1,500 and 250 free spins, weekly cashback of up to 25%, and a 50% high roller bonus with the same code, 50HIGH. Its withdrawal rules match Jokabet's line for line: a €50 to €120 minimum, deposits played through 3 times, and processing of up to 72 hours.

There is one oddity. Although f7casino.com is an approved domain on INVESTAN's Curaçao licence, F7's own terms name a different company: Porkoverdera SRL, registered in Costa Rica (3-102-911123), with the terms governed by Costa Rican law. So the licence says one thing and the terms say another. For a player, that makes it harder to know which company you would be in a dispute with.

Same platform, owner not confirmed

Nine Casino, NineWin, Kinghills and Memo Casino use the same platform. They forward to numbered mirror domains in the same pattern, load from brand static hosts set up the same way, and share between 41% and 49% of Jokabet's terms sentences word for word. But their terms describe the operator only as "the Company" and name no one, and none of them is on INVESTAN's licence. The welcome package and key terms

The bonus terms are where the value is decided:

• Minimum deposit: €15 for each of the three deposit bonuses.
• Wagering: the welcome page sends you to the Bonuses section for the figure. The default in the bonus terms is 40 times the bonus. Our guide to wagering requirements shows what that means in stakes.
• Bonus cap: clause 4.3 says the maximum first, second or third deposit bonus is 150 GBP/EUR "unless otherwise specified", which sits awkwardly next to the €500 on the promotions page.
• Free spins: 50 a day over the following days, activated within 3 days, with winnings capped at €50.
• Winnings cap: winnings from any bonus are limited to 10 times the bonus amount.
• Time limit: each welcome bonus is valid for 7 days.
• Maximum bet: 5 GBP/EUR while a bonus is active.
• Game weighting: slots 100%, bonus buy features 50%, live roulette and blackjack 10%, instant win 5%, table games and live games 0%.

The high roller bonus is 50% up to €500 on a deposit of at least €300, with code 50HIGH and wagering of 35 times the bonus. A Sunday sports reload uses code RELDAY. At a casino licensed in Great Britain, wagering cannot be more than 10 times the bonus.

Withdrawals

Verification can include ID, utility bills, card copies, a selfie with ID, a phone call and video verification, and the terms say no cashout is processed until the account is fully verified.

Safer gambling tools

The responsible gaming page offers daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, and any request to raise or remove a limit waits 24 hours before it takes effect. Self-exclusion closes the account, but the terms leave it to the player to make sure no other accounts are opened. One clause stands out: because of how cryptocurrencies work, the terms say deposit limits "cannot be applied" to crypto deposits.

What a UK player gives up

Jokabet does not want British customers, and its terms put the risk of getting round the block on the player. Even if it did accept them, a UK player would have none of the Gambling Commission protections: no 10x cap on bonus wagering, no GAMSTOP, and no British complaints route. The dispute route in the terms is CADRE, and the same section says "the server logs and records shall act as the final authority".

Jokabet alternatives that take UK sign-ups

Jokabet lists the United Kingdom as a restricted country, while JetSetSpins and NeonStake both offer the United Kingdom at sign-up and leave it off their restricted lists. Their first-deposit bonuses carry 20x the bonus against Jokabet's default of 40x, though neither names a company in its terms and both pay withdrawals in cryptocurrency only.

JetSetSpins gives a choice on the first deposit: 200% up to £10,000 plus 100 free spins from £30, with 20x wagering on the bonus only and seven days to clear it, or 250 free spins with no wagering at all. Either way the deposit also unlocks the Royal Wheel, one free spin a day for seven days.

NeonStake matches the 200% up to £10,000 plus 100 free spins from a lower £20 deposit, at the same 20x on the bonus, or 200 wager-free spins from £50. It also pays 10% of the previous day's slot losses back every day as cash, with no wagering.

Both are sister sites on one platform, with casino, live casino and sportsbook on a single account. They pay out in crypto only, £100 to £500 per request. Neither names the company behind it, and neither holds a licence we could verify on any regulator's register, so GAMSTOP and the UK complaints route do not cover them.
