Metal Casino review

Metal Casino is a rock and metal themed casino run by Skill On Net Limited, the company behind PlayOJO, under Gambling Commission account 39326. The register lists the licence as active with no regulatory action, and metalcasino.com sits on it as a white-label domain.

It scores 7.2 out of 10. The welcome offer is small but the 10x wagering is fair, withdrawals are aimed at a few hours, and the safer gambling tools are SkillOnNet's full set. It loses marks for publishing almost nothing about payment methods or limits before you sign up.

Facts on this page are as of 19 October 2026.

Metal Casino at a glance

Licence and ownership: 7.5

The UK footer names Skill on Net Ltd, registered in Malta under C50024 at Quantum House, Ta' Xbiex, and Gambling Commission account 39326, with a link to the register. The register shows Skill On Net Limited holding active remote casino, bingo, gambling software and virtual betting licences, with casino play licensed since 1 November 2014, and no regulatory action against the account. Its register address is in Limassol, Cyprus.

Metal Casino is a small part of a large operation. The same account carries 53 trading names and 61 domains, and metalcasino.com is listed among the white-label domains rather than SkillOnNet's own brands. The terms also name a UK processing agent, SkillOnNet (UK) in London. Our guide on how to check a UK casino licence explains how to read an entry like this.

Outside Britain the same domain runs under a Malta Gaming Authority licence, MGA/CRP/171/2009/01, and those international terms list the United Kingdom as barred. UK players are served the separate UK site and UK terms.

Bonus terms: 7.0

New players get 100% up to £25 on the first deposit plus 25 free spins on Book of Dead at 10p each. The minimum deposit is £10. The bonus and the spin winnings carry 10x wagering, only slots count, and the maximum bet is 10% of the bonus or £5, whichever is lower. The spins must be used, or the bonus claimed, before deposited money is played.

That is a modest offer, worth at most £27.50 in value, but 10x on the bonus is low by UK standards. A £25 bonus needs £250 of slot play. Our wagering requirements guide explains the arithmetic.

The bonus policy sets the wider rules. Any free spin winnings carry 10x. Offers with no deposit attached are capped at £100 or twice the bonus, whichever is larger. Other deposit bonuses need £20 unless stated. Having a bonus does not stop you withdrawing your deposit balance, but withdrawing cancels the bonus and anything won with it.

Deposits and withdrawals: 6.5

Metal Casino does not publish its payment methods outside the cashier: the terms say minimum deposits and withdrawals are shown next to each method in the casino software. Fees in the terms are quoted in pounds:

• Cards: no charge
• Online wallets: no charge
• Wire transfer: £10 under £500, free above, minimum £50

The terms say Metal Casino aims to process all withdrawals within a few hours, and recommend uploading verification documents early. Each account has an individual per-transaction limit shown on the withdrawal page, with no limit on how many withdrawals you make; you can ask support for a higher amount in one go. Wins of £5,000 or more and jackpots can take longer while they are verified.

After 12 months with no log-in, the terms allow a £5 monthly fee. The score is held back by how little is visible before you register.

Games and software: 7.0

The lobby is built around a "Metal Experience" category of licensed rock slots: Play'n GO's Sabaton, Saxon, Twisted Sister, Hammerfall, Helloween, Testament and Annihilator, plus Big Time Gaming's Danger! High Voltage. Beyond those it carries Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Evolution live games, Games Global, Yggdrasil, Blueprint and Peter & Sons, with titles such as Gates of Olympus 1000, Big Bass Bonanza 1000 and Crazy Time. The homepage shows a combined jackpot total of more than £61 million.

The focus is the theme rather than sheer size. A player who wants the widest possible lobby will find more at SkillOnNet's flagship brands.

Support and complaints: 6.5

Support is by live chat and email at [email protected]. No phone number or opening hours are published. Complaints go first to support in writing, then to a manager, who replies within 96 hours. If that does not settle it and the issue is a gambling transaction, you can take it to eCOGRA, an approved independent dispute service, free of charge.

Safer gambling tools: 8.5

The UK responsible gaming page and terms list SkillOnNet's full set:

• Deposit limits daily, weekly or monthly, offered at sign-up. Decreases apply at once.
• Freeze or cooling off for 24 hours or 1 to 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion of at least 180 days, extendable to 1 to 5 years, covering every account on the licence.
• Game Status Reminder (reality check) pop-ups showing time played, bets and wins.
• SafeMate, which tracks six months of spending and time and compares your play with similar players.
• Reminders every six months to review your limits, sent by email since 31 October 2025.

The page links to GAMSTOP, and the terms say a GAMSTOP registration is honoured as long as you use the same details.

Overall score

The overall score is the average of the six, based on the UK terms, bonus policy, welcome offer page and responsible gaming page.

Metal Casino sister sites

Every brand on Gambling Commission account 39326 shares Metal Casino's operator, licence, platform and safer gambling tools. That includes PlayOJO, Spin Genie, Slots Magic, Genting Casino, Luna Casino, Knight Slots and Playjango. A self-exclusion set at Metal Casino applies to all of them. Our PlayOJO sister sites page covers the wider group.

Who Metal Casino suits

Metal Casino suits slots players who like the rock and metal theme and want a small bonus they can clear. The 10x wagering is easy compared with most offers, and the account sits under one of the best-run UK licences. Players chasing a large welcome package, or a full payment list before they sign up, should look elsewhere in the group.

Offshore alternatives to Metal Casino

The two casinos below are not licensed in Great Britain and are not covered by GAMSTOP, so none of the protections described above apply to them. They offer a far larger first-deposit bonus, 200% up to £/€10,000, but with 20x the bonus against Metal Casino's 10x, and their withdrawals are paid in crypto.

JetSetSpins gives a choice on the first deposit: 200% up to £10,000 plus 100 free spins from £30, with 20x wagering on the bonus only and seven days to clear it, or 250 free spins with no wagering at all. Either way the deposit also unlocks the Royal Wheel, one free spin a day for seven days.

NeonStake matches the 200% up to £10,000 plus 100 free spins from a lower £20 deposit, at the same 20x on the bonus, or 200 wager-free spins from £50. It also pays 10% of the previous day's slot losses back every day as cash, with no wagering.

Both are sister sites on one platform, with casino, live casino and sportsbook on a single account. They pay out in crypto only, £100 to £500 per request. Neither names the company behind it, and neither holds a licence we could verify on any regulator's register, so GAMSTOP and the UK complaints route do not cover them. If you have self-excluded, they are not for you. Both offers and their full terms are side by side on our casino offers page.
