36 Vegas is run by 36Gaming Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with an office in Wolverhampton, and it holds a full Gambling Commission licence under account number 66806. It has no sister sites. The Gambling Commission register lists exactly one website for the account, 36vegas.co.uk, and the company's terms cover that site alone.

That makes 36 Vegas unusual among small UK casinos, many of which are one skin among dozens on a shared white-label licence. This page explains who is behind it, why the brands that share its software are not sister sites, and what its welcome offer and terms actually say.

Facts on this page are as of 19 October 2026.

Who runs 36 Vegas

The footer and the general terms name the same company. 36Gaming Limited "operates online gaming services for customers in Great Britain, licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission (Account No. 66806)". It is incorporated in England and Wales with company registration number 16060742, and its registered address is in Wolverhampton.

The live Gambling Commission register entry for account 66806 confirms it on 19 October 2026:

A licence from May 2025 makes 36Gaming one of the newer operators on the register. Its terms are dated 10 August 2025 and describe the business as UK-only: the site "is available exclusively to individuals who are residents of the United Kingdom". Everything is priced in pounds, and the terms say all transactions are in GBP.

Our guide to checking a UK casino licence shows how to read a register entry like this one.

The platform

36 Vegas runs on EveryMatrix, a software supplier that provides the player account, casino lobby, registration and promotions system for many operators. Its sportsbook sits on a separate subdomain, sports2.36vegas.co.uk.

A shared supplier is not the same as a shared owner. EveryMatrix powers casinos for many unrelated companies, each with its own licence. None of those brands is a 36 Vegas sister site.

36 Vegas sister sites

A sister site is a casino run by the same company, on the same licence, or under the same terms. On every one of those tests, 36 Vegas stands alone.

Brand Domain How the link is confirmed UK status on 19 October 2026
36 Vegas 36vegas.co.uk Only domain on Gambling Commission account 66806; 36Gaming Limited named in the footer and terms Open to UK residents

The register lists one domain and one trading name for the account. The terms, the complaints process and the help centre all refer to 36vegas.co.uk only. If a page elsewhere lists 36 Vegas sister sites, it is grouping brands by software supplier or by a similar look, not by owner.

That has one practical upside. A self-exclusion at 36 Vegas covers the whole of 36Gaming's business, because there is nothing else in it. For exclusion across every British-licensed site, the safer gambling page points players to GAMSTOP.

How that compares with group-run casinos

Most small UK brands sit inside a group. White Hat Gaming Limited, for example, runs dozens of casinos on one Gambling Commission account, including 247bet and its sister sites, and L & L Europe Limited runs seven brands on the licence covered on our Pub Casino sister sites page. In a group like that, one company holds your balance whichever brand you join, the terms are the same everywhere, and a self-exclusion at one brand is usually applied across the network.

At 36 Vegas none of that sharing exists. The licence, the terms, the cashier and the complaints process belong to one brand and one company. If you want to move to a different casino run by the same people, there is no other casino to move to. If you need to complain, there is only one company to deal with, and its compliance officer and managing director are named stages in the process.

The flip side is a shorter record. A licence granted in May 2025 has had little time to build a history, good or bad, while the bigger groups have years of register entries behind them. The register shows no regulatory action against 36Gaming so far.

The welcome offer and key terms

The casino welcome offer is built around the number 36:

  • The offer: make a first deposit of £36 or more with code 36VCASINOWELC, wager £36 on casino slots, and receive 136 free spins.
  • Games: Floating Dragon (Dragon Boat Festival), Magic Money Maze and Crown of Fire.
  • Wagering: winnings from the spins carry 2x wagering before withdrawal.
  • Win cap: none. The terms say no maximum win limit applies to the free spins winnings.
  • Expiry: the bonus expires 7 days after it is granted.
  • Who qualifies: new customers only, on "invited and selected accounts", once per account. It cannot be combined with the sports welcome offer.

The sports welcome is accumulator insurance. Deposit £5 or more with code 36VACCAINS, place an accumulator of five or more legs at total odds of 3.00 or more, and if exactly one leg loses, the stake comes back as a free bet of up to £136.

Two recurring casino offers stand out:

  • Casino Breakfast Club: between 06:00 and 07:59, Monday to Friday, deposit £5 with code 36VBRKFASCLBCAS, bet £50, and get £5 in bonus funds with 10x wagering, valid for 24 hours.
  • Weekday Slots Club: Monday to Thursday, wager £100 on video slots and get 36 free spins at 10p on The Goonies Cash Inferno, with 2x wagering on winnings and a £5,000 cap.

Both clubs carry a condition worth reading twice: you must be opted in to marketing by both email and SMS to qualify.

The general bonus terms contradict themselves on wagering. One sentence says wagering "will not exceed 20 times the bonus amount"; the next says the bonus must be wagered "up to 10 times". Gambling Commission rules cap wagering at 10 times the bonus, and every live offer above sits at or below that. Slots count 100% towards wagering, table games 20%, live dealer games 10%, and bingo and sports nothing. Our guide to wagering requirements explains how those weightings change the real cost of a bonus.

Withdrawals and payments

Term What it says
Processing Immediately or within 24 hours under usual circumstances
Arrival Allow 3 to 5 working days; the help centre says 1 to 5 working days from the bank
Pending withdrawals Some requests are processed manually; once requested, a withdrawal cannot be cancelled
Refused card payouts Manual bank transfer on request, with a flat £75 administrative fee
Currency GBP only
Casino win cap Maximum daily win of £25,000
Payment logos Visa and Mastercard

The £25,000 daily win cap is the clause most players will never read. It applies "regardless of the game results and balances shown in the account". The £75 fee only applies if your card issuer refuses a payout and you ask for a bank transfer instead. For how 36 Vegas's timings compare, see our guide to fast withdrawal casinos.

Support, complaints and safer gambling

Support is by live chat and email at [email protected], with a postal address in Wolverhampton. Complaints follow three internal stages: support acknowledges within 48 hours and proposes a resolution within 72 hours; the chief compliance officer reviews within 14 days; and the managing director gives a final answer within 30 working days. After that, disputes go to IBAS, the free independent adjudicator.

The safer gambling hub offers reality checks, deposit and loss limits, time-outs from 24 hours to 6 weeks, and self-exclusion for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years. It links to GAMSTOP, GamCare, GambleAware, Gamban, BetBlocker and Net Nanny.

Offshore alternatives to 36 Vegas

The two casinos below are not licensed in Great Britain and are not covered by GAMSTOP, so none of the protections above apply to them. 36 Vegas asks for a £36 first deposit to unlock its 136 spins; JetSetSpins asks £30 for 250 wager-free spins and NeonStake £50 for 200, but both pay withdrawals in cryptocurrency only and neither names a company in its terms.

JetSetSpins gives a choice on the first deposit: 200% up to £10,000 plus 100 free spins from £30, with 20x wagering on the bonus only and seven days to clear it, or 250 free spins with no wagering at all. Either way the deposit also unlocks the Royal Wheel, one free spin a day for seven days.

NeonStake matches the 200% up to £10,000 plus 100 free spins from a lower £20 deposit, at the same 20x on the bonus, or 200 wager-free spins from £50. It also pays 10% of the previous day's slot losses back every day as cash, with no wagering.

Both are sister sites on one platform, with casino, live casino and sportsbook on a single account. They pay out in crypto only, £100 to £500 per request. Neither names the company behind it, and neither holds a licence we could verify on any regulator's register, so GAMSTOP and the UK complaints route do not cover them. If you have self-excluded, they are not for you. Both offers and their full terms are side by side on our casino offers page.
