Cosmobet is the space-themed casino and sportsbook in the Santeda International B.V. group, the Curaçao company that also runs Rolletto, Zizobet, Goldenbet and Velobet. It holds no Gambling Commission licence, and on 5 October 2026 cosmobet.com showed UK visitors an Access Restricted page with the United Kingdom marked "NOT SUPPORTED".

Cosmobet shares a company and a licence number with Rolletto, but its terms are not a copy. It gives players four deposit bonuses instead of three, a 7-day wagering window instead of 5, and a far gentler rule on inactive accounts. It also bans the slot feature that Rolletto builds its own free spins around.

Facts on this page are as of 5 October 2026.

Cosmobet and UK players

On 5 October 2026 cosmobet.com redirected UK visitors to a short page headed "Access Restricted In Your Region". It showed a location check, listed the United Kingdom as not supported, and offered [email protected]. Rolletto and Zizobet showed the same page on the same day, so this is a group decision rather than something particular to Cosmobet.

Cosmobet's terms still do not exclude Britain. The restricted list in section 3 names Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Georgia, Saba, St Maarten, the USA and its dependencies, and FATF blacklisted countries. The accepted-currencies clause puts GBP first, and the welcome terms quote every amount as €/$/£.

What the terms do add is a clause on location tricks. Cosmobet reserves the right to detect "geo-location or IP masking", alongside device checks and blockchain analysis, and to close accounts, cancel bonuses and winnings, and keep up to 50% of the remaining deposit as an account termination fee. A UK player who uses a VPN to get past the restriction page is taking exactly that risk.

Who runs Cosmobet

Cosmobet's general terms state that the site is operated by Santeda International B.V., incorporated in Curaçao with company number 151296, under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/1798/1048. They name Santeda International Limited, registered at Poreias 2, 3011 Limassol, Cyprus, as the payment agent. Rolletto and Zizobet use the same wording.

The licence is newer than the brand. Cosmobet's footer as archived on 30 June 2024 said Santeda was "pending application by the GCB", the Curaçao regulator's former name, and gave the company's address at the Zuikertuin Tower in Willemstad.

The Curaçao Gaming Authority's register dated 2 October 2026 shows OGL/2024/1798/1048 with an expiry date of 24 December 2025 and the status "Assessment in progress". Santeda does not appear on the authority's enforcement register of revoked, suspended or non-extended licences dated 14 September 2026.

Cosmobet sister sites

Brand Company on its own site Licence UK visitors on 5 October 2026
Cosmobet Santeda International B.V. OGL/2024/1798/1048 Access Restricted page
Rolletto Santeda International B.V. OGL/2024/1798/1048 Access Restricted page
Zizobet Santeda International B.V. OGL/2024/1798/1048 Access Restricted page

Velobet Santeda International B.V. (footer archived 13 August 2026) OGL/2024/1798/1048 Security check page

These five share one licence, so a complaint about any of them goes to the same company.

MyStake and Donbet are usually listed as Cosmobet sister sites too. During 2026 they moved to GTW B.V. (company 165433, licence OGL/2024/250/0115), so they are now former stablemates on a separate company. Freshbet (Ryker B.V.) and Jack.com (Data Link Digital B.V.) never named Santeda at all.

How Cosmobet differs from Rolletto

Same company, same licence, same terms template. The numbers inside the template are different:

Term Cosmobet Rolletto
Casino welcome 4 x 100% up to £500, up to 1,000 spins 150%, 50%, 25% up to £5,500, 200 spins
Wagering 30x deposit plus bonus on all 4 40x, 40x, 30x deposit plus bonus
Time to wager 7 days 5 days
Crypto welcome 200% up to £1,000, 35x, 7 days 100% up to £1,000, 40x, 5 days
Sports welcome 150% up to £1,000, 15x, 30 days 150% up to £1,500, 15x, 15 days
Account counts as inactive after 365 days 60 days
Inactivity fee 5% of the balance a month, max €20 20% of the balance a month, no cap
Unwagered deposit at withdrawal Withdrawal may be cancelled 20% administrative fee possible
Bonus buy features Treated as unfair play with a bonus Rolletto's own welcome spins land on a Bonus Buy slot

The inactivity rule is the biggest practical difference. A £200 balance left at Cosmobet would take a year to be classed as inactive and then lose at most €20 a month. At Rolletto the same balance starts losing £40 a month after 60 days.

The Cosmic Welcome Package

Cosmobet calls it "up to 400% bonus + 1,000 free spins". It is four separate 100% bonuses, each up to £500, so £2,000 in bonus money at most.

Deposit Bonus Free spins
£20 to £99.99 100% 50
£100 to £199.99 100% 100
£200 or more 100%, up to £500 250

The same table applies to each of the first four deposits. The rules attached to every stage:

  • Wagering: 30 times the deposit plus the bonus, within 7 days of activation.
  • Maximum bet: £5 while the bonus is active.
  • Slots only, with 10 named slots excluded, including Golden Beauty, Gods of Troy and Treasure Mine Power Reels.
  • The deposit moves into the bonus balance. Withdrawing before the wagering is done means cancelling the bonus.
  • Free spins are valued at 0.10 a spin, play only on a game called The Cosmobet Greatest Catch, and expire 24 hours after they land.
  • Activate first. Bonuses are switched on from Profile, then Bonuses. Place a bet before activating and the bonus is not added.

Worked example

Deposit £200 and you get £200 in bonus plus 250 spins. Wagering is 30x £400, so £12,000 of bets inside 7 days, which is at least 2,400 spins at the £5 maximum. The general terms then cap what can be withdrawn from a deposit bonus at 10 times the qualifying deposit (£2,000 here), and cap free spin winnings at €100 or the equivalent.

At a casino licensed in Great Britain, the most a £200 bonus could require is £2,000 of play, because wagering has been capped at 10 times the bonus since 19 January 2026.

Other offers

The crypto welcome is 200% up to £1,000 on the first crypto deposit, at 35x deposit plus bonus in 7 days. Crypto players can also claim 10% of monthly crypto losses back, but only by emailing [email protected] in the first 5 days of the month, and the cashback carries 30x wagering with a maximum withdrawal of 5 times the amount. The sports welcome is 150% up to £1,000 at 15x deposit plus bonus, on bets of at least 3 selections at odds of 1.30 or more.

The bonus buy rule

Clause 7.14 of Cosmobet's terms lists "if bonus is realized by the feature bonus buy in the slot's games" as unfair play. A player who clears wagering by buying slot bonus rounds can be suspended from the promotion and have the bonus cancelled without notice.

Rolletto's general terms do not contain that line, and its welcome spins land on Rolletto Luck Bonus Buy. If you are used to one Santeda brand, do not assume the other plays by the same rules.

Withdrawals and complaints

Term Cosmobet's terms
Minimum deposit and withdrawal €20 or equivalent
Deposits Must be wagered once before withdrawal

Complaints [email protected], within 2 months of the issue
Final word in a dispute "The server logs and records"

The complaints section names no outside body to take an unresolved dispute to.

What a UK player gives up

Cosmobet was never licensed for Great Britain, so even before 5 October 2026 a UK customer had no GAMSTOP coverage, no independent dispute service, no 10x cap on bonus wagering and no Gambling Commission oversight of how a withdrawal is handled. If you have a balance there, ask for it in writing now and keep the replies.

If you are registered with GAMSTOP, Cosmobet and its sister sites are outside that scheme. The National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, run by GamCare, is free and open 24 hours a day. For a casino that is covered, see our guide to checking a UK casino licence and our explainer on wagering requirements.

Sites like Cosmobet that take UK sign-ups

Cosmobet showed UK visitors an Access Restricted page on 5 October 2026, and so did its sisters. Two offshore sites with a similar lobby and sportsbook take UK sign-ups, and their wagering counts the bonus only.

JetSetSpins gives a choice on the first deposit: 200% up to £10,000 plus 100 free spins from £30, with 20x wagering on the bonus only and seven days to clear it, or 250 free spins with no wagering at all. Either way the deposit also unlocks the Royal Wheel, one free spin a day for seven days.

NeonStake matches the 200% up to £10,000 plus 100 free spins from a lower £20 deposit, at the same 20x on the bonus, or 200 wager-free spins from £50. It also pays 10% of the previous day's slot losses back every day as cash, with no wagering.

Both are sister sites on one platform, with casino, live casino and sportsbook on a single account. They pay out in crypto only, £100 to £500 per request. Neither names the company behind it, and neither holds a licence we could verify on any regulator's register, so GAMSTOP and the UK complaints route do not cover them. If you have self-excluded, they are not for you. Both offers and their full terms are side by side on our casino offers page.

Frequently asked questions

Can UK players use Cosmobet?

Not since early October 2026. On 5 October 2026 cosmobet.com showed UK visitors an Access Restricted page that marked the United Kingdom as not supported, even though its terms do not list the UK as a restricted country.

Who owns Cosmobet?

Santeda International B.V., Curaçao company number 151296, licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under OGL/2024/1798/1048. Rolletto, Zizobet, Goldenbet and Velobet name the same company and licence.

Is Cosmobet the same as Rolletto?

Same company and licence, different terms. Cosmobet asks 30x over 7 days on four 100% bonuses, where Rolletto asks up to 40x over 5 days, and Cosmobet treats a balance as inactive after 365 days rather than 60.

What is the Cosmobet welcome bonus?

Four deposit bonuses of 100% up to £500 each with up to 250 free spins per deposit, so up to £2,000 and 1,000 spins in total. Each bonus needs 30 times the deposit plus bonus wagered within 7 days, with a £5 maximum bet.

Does Cosmobet charge for inactive accounts?

Yes. After 365 days without a login it can take 5% of the balance each month, with the monthly fee capped at 20 euros.

Is Cosmobet on GAMSTOP?

No. GAMSTOP only covers casinos licensed by the Gambling Commission, and Cosmobet holds a Curaçao licence.
