MyStake sister sites

MyStake is an offshore casino and sportsbook run by GTW B.V., a company registered in Curaçao. It has never held a Gambling Commission licence. For most of its life it was run by a different Curaçao company, Santeda International B.V., and during 2026 it moved to GTW. That move is the reason most lists of MyStake sister sites are now out of date.

On 5 October 2026 mystake.com showed UK visitors a MyStake-branded 404 page where the lobby used to be. Its terms still do not name the United Kingdom as a restricted country.

MyStake at a glance

Two companies in seven years

MyStake's oldest promotion still listed dates from March 2021. Its footer in 2023 and early 2024 said it was "owned and operated by Santeda International B.V.", with a Cyprus company, Santeda International Limited (HE406761), acting first as its "EU-EEA representative" and later as its payment agent. The licence it quoted then was the old Curaçao eGaming master licence, number 1668/JAZ.

By June 2024 the footer had changed to say that Santeda "is pending application by the GCB", the Curaçao regulator's new licensing regime. The footer MyStake serves now names a different company altogether. The site "is operated by GTW B.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao with Company Number 165433", licensed "under license number OGL/2024/250/0115". A Cyprus company, CYGTW LTD, is named as payment agent for "the license holder and parent company - GTW B.V."

The Curaçao Gaming Authority's certificate for mystake.com confirms GTW B.V., says the licence was granted on 1 July 2024, and shows its status as Active. The Authority's own licence register, updated 2 October 2026, tells a less tidy story: GTW's licence is listed as issued 24 June 2025 with an expiry of 24 December 2025, and a status of "Assessment in progress". About 280 licence holders on the same register carry that status, so it reads as a renewal queue rather than a finding against GTW. It is still not the same as a current, renewed licence.

Santeda's licence, OGL/2024/1798/1048, shows exactly the same dates and status. Neither company appears on the Authority's enforcement register dated 14 September 2026.

None of this gives MyStake any standing in Great Britain. A Curaçao licence does not permit a casino to offer gambling to people here.

MyStake sister sites

MyStake's family now splits across three Curaçao companies. Only one other casino shares its current operator.

The Santeda brands still run on the same software as MyStake. Their terms are built from the same template, often word for word. But your balance at Velobet or Rolletto is held by Santeda, not by GTW. If a payout goes wrong, that is a different company to chase. Stake.com is not a sister site. It is run by Medium Rare N.V. and has nothing to do with MyStake beyond the similar name.

What MyStake's welcome offer costs to clear

MyStake listed 17 promotions on 5 October 2026. The casino welcome package is split across three deposits:

The rules that decide its value:

• Wagering: 30 times the deposit plus the bonus, not the bonus alone.
• Minimum deposit: €20.
• Maximum bet: €5 a spin. Spins above that do not count, and their winnings are forfeited.
• Time limit: 30 days from activation.
• Games: slots only.

To collect the full €1,500 you have to deposit €500 three times. That is €3,000 of deposit and bonus, and 30 times €3,000 is €90,000 of bets inside 30 days, at no more than €5 a spin. Take only the first tier with a €100 deposit and you still owe €7,500 of bets on a €250 balance. Licensed casinos in Great Britain have been limited to 10 times the bonus since 19 January 2026. Other offers carry their own ceilings. Winnings from any free spins or free bets are capped at €100. The First Week's Cashback pays up to €300 at 15x wagering, and the most you can withdraw from it is 5 times the cashback. The VIP scheme only turns weekly cashback wager-free at level 7 of 10, and play with an active bonus earns no VIP points.

The withdrawal and account terms

MyStake keeps a separate version of its terms, company page and footer for visitors located in the UK, Ireland and the US. The footer in that version is empty: no company name, no licence number. The two versions also disagree on the minimum withdrawal. The UK version says €20. The other says it "depends on the payment method".

Complaints go to MyStake's own compliance address first. After that, the terms say only that you can contact "any independent body, gaming authority or the licensing regulator listed on the Website". No adjudicator is named, and court proceedings must be brought in Curaçao.

What the press found

In April 2026 Investigate Europe and the Guardian reported that MyStake, Velobet, Goldenbet and other connected sites averaged 2.3 million unique monthly visitors from the UK between November 2025 and January 2026, citing Similarweb. The same investigation found:

• online articles falsely claiming MyStake had signed a sponsorship deal with Leeds United, which the club denied, and an image of Ronaldinho with a supposed MyStake owner that analysts judged highly likely to be AI-generated or manipulated;
• a site, nongamstopbookies.org, apparently aimed at people registered with GAMSTOP, promoting Goldenbet and MyStake;
• that the software firm Upgaming, whose lawyers said Santeda was only a customer, had ended its partnership with Santeda in March 2026.

In September 2026 the Guardian reported that leaked Curaçao regulator files name a Georgian, Onise Chimakhidze, as Santeda's owner. Those reports concern Santeda, which ran MyStake until the 2026 move to GTW.

What you give up at MyStake

MyStake's own self-exclusion is requested by email, runs from 6 months to 5 years, and defaults to 6 months. A shorter time-out can be reversed early "at Casino's sole discretion". Excluding at MyStake does not exclude you at Donbet, even though one company runs both.
