Rolletto sister sites

Rolletto is a casino and sportsbook run by Santeda International B.V., a Curaçao company that also runs Cosmobet, Zizobet, Goldenbet and Velobet. It has never held a Gambling Commission licence. On 5 October 2026 rolletto.com showed UK visitors an Access Restricted page instead of its lobby.

Until this autumn Rolletto let UK visitors in and priced its offers in pounds, so anyone who signed up from Britain before the change may still have a balance there. This page covers who runs it, which casinos are genuinely its sister sites, and the terms that affect anyone with money still on the site.

Rolletto at a glance

What UK visitors saw on 5 October 2026

On 5 October 2026 rolletto.com redirected UK visitors to a page headed "Access Restricted In Your Region". It said that "due to local regulations, our services are unavailable in your current location", listed the United Kingdom as "Not supported" and gave [email protected] as the contact. Cosmobet and Zizobet showed the same page the same day.

The terms have not caught up with the closure. Rolletto's current restricted-country list names Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Georgia, Saba, St Maarten, the USA and its dependencies, and FATF blacklisted countries. The United Kingdom is not on it, and GBP is still the first currency in the accepted-currencies clause. The site now refuses UK visitors even though its own terms never barred them.

The terms do cover the obvious workaround. To withdraw winnings from a deposit bonus, the player must be "logged in from a valid and verifiable IP address at the time of the withdrawal request", and the company can close accounts and void bonuses and winnings for anything it treats as a breach. Playing from the UK through a VPN puts any winnings at risk.

Who runs Rolletto

The footer and the current terms name the same company: Santeda International B.V., incorporated in Curaçao with company number 151296, licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under OGL/2024/1798/1048. Santeda International Limited in Limassol, Cyprus, is named as payment agent.

Rolletto has not always used that licence. Its terms as archived on 19 April 2024 named the same company but said Rolletto was licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under licence ALSI-072403002-F17. The Curaçao licence came later; Goldenbet's footer gives its issue date as 14 August 2024.

The Curaçao Gaming Authority's register dated 2 October 2026 lists OGL/2024/1798/1048 for Santeda International B.V. with an expiry date of 24 December 2025 and the status "Assessment in progress". The term ran out and the authority shows it as under review rather than renewed. Santeda is not on the authority's enforcement register dated 14 September 2026, which lists licences that were revoked, suspended or not extended.

None of this gives Rolletto any standing in Great Britain. Only a Gambling Commission licence allows a casino to offer gambling to people here.

Rolletto sister sites

The test for a real sister site is the company named on the site, not a shared look.

So Rolletto has four sister sites on the same company and the same licence number. On 5 October 2026 four of the five showed UK visitors a refusal page, and Velobet showed a security check.

Former stablemates

MyStake and Donbet used to sit under Santeda too, and are still listed as Rolletto sister sites almost everywhere. During 2026 both moved to GTW B.V., a separate Curaçao company (number 165433) with its own licence, OGL/2024/250/0115. The family resemblance is still visible: GTW's Cyprus payment agent is registered at Poreias 2, 3011 Limassol, the same address as Santeda's. But a dispute at MyStake is now with a different legal entity from the one holding a Rolletto balance.

Often listed, not related

Freshbet is run by Ryker B.V. (OGL/2024/1800/1049) and Jack.com names Data Link Digital B.V. Neither names Santeda, so neither is a Rolletto sister site in any sense that matters to a player.

The Rolletto welcome package

The casino package is worth up to £5,500 across three deposits, with the same figures in euros and dollars:

A first deposit of £20 or more also triggers 50 free spins, then 30 a day for the next 5 consecutive daily logins. Miss one day and the rest are gone. The spins land on a slot called Rolletto Luck Bonus Buy and last 72 hours.

The other rules:

• Maximum bet: £5 a spin while the bonus is active. Bigger spins do not count and their winnings are forfeited.
• Slots only. Some slots do not count either.
• Bonus and cash are mixed. Cancelling the bonus removes the bonus, its winnings and everything bet since it was activated.
• Winnings cap: the general terms limit what can be withdrawn from a deposit bonus to 10 times the deposit that activated it, and free spin winnings to €/$100.

What the first deposit bonus means in pounds

Deposit £100 and you get £150, so £250 in total. At 40x deposit plus bonus, that is £10,000 of bets, and the terms give you 5 days to place them. At the £5 maximum that is at least 2,000 spins in 120 hours. Even then, the most you can take out of winnings from that bonus is £1,000, ten times the deposit.

At a casino licensed in Great Britain, wagering has been capped at 10 times the bonus since 19 January 2026. The same £150 bonus would need £1,500 of play.

Rolletto's crypto welcome bonus (100% up to £1,000 plus 200 free spins) carries the same 40x on deposit plus bonus and the same 5-day limit. In 2024 the archived crypto terms gave 30 days, so the window has shrunk to a sixth of what it was.

Withdrawals, and the fee on inactive accounts

The clause that matters most to a UK player now is the dormant account rule. An account is inactive after 60 consecutive days without a login. From then on Rolletto can take 20% of the balance recorded on that date every month, and if less than 10 is left in any currency it can take the lot.

That is far harsher than it used to be. The terms archived in April 2024 set the trigger at 12 months and the fee at €10 a month. Under today's version, a £200 balance left untouched from early October 2026 would be classed as inactive in early December, lose £40 on 1 January and every month after, and be empty by May.

If you still have money at Rolletto

Ask for the withdrawal in writing through [email protected] and [email protected], and keep copies. Complaints must be raised within 2 months. Do not try to reach the cashier through a VPN: the IP rule above gives the operator a reason to refuse.

There is no British route to escalate to. The Gambling Commission does not regulate Rolletto, and no UK dispute service will take the case. The terms point only to Rolletto's own support department.
