Velobet alternatives: UK-licensed casinos with a sportsbook

Velobet is a casino and sportsbook run by Santeda International B.V. under a Curaçao licence. It has no Gambling Commission licence, and on 5 October 2026 velobet.com showed UK visitors a security check page instead of the casino.

What players liked about Velobet

Three things come up again and again.

Casino and sport in one account. Velobet ran slots, live dealer tables and a full sportsbook from the same balance, with accumulator cashback and free bet offers alongside the casino promotions.

A big multi-deposit welcome. The casino package paid 150% on the first deposit (100% on deposits of €500 to €1,000), 100% up to €500 on the second and 80% up to €500 on the third. That adds up to the 330% headline. The 300 free spins came 30 at a time: 30 on the first deposit, then 30 a day for nine days, and missing a day lost the rest.

Crypto. The first crypto deposit, in coins including Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin, could take a 160% bonus up to €1,000 instead.

The terms were the catch. The casino bonus carried 30 times wagering on the deposit plus the bonus. Deposit £100, take the 150% first-deposit bonus, and you need £7,500 of bets (30 x £250) inside 30 days before you can withdraw. The crypto bonus asked for 35 times. Winnings from no-deposit offers and free spins were capped at a €100 withdrawal.

What no UK-licensed site will give you

Two of Velobet's features have no licensed equivalent, and it is better to know that before you start looking.

No crypto. UK-licensed casinos do not take cryptocurrency. None of the sites on this page lists a crypto cashier. Debit cards, bank transfer, PayPal and Apple Pay are what you will find instead.

No 300% packages. Since 19 January 2026, a casino licensed in Great Britain cannot set wagering above 10 times the bonus. The same rules banned offers that make you use two products, such as sport and slots, to unlock a bonus. The result is that UK welcome offers are now small and mostly free spins, often with no wagering at all. A 330% match with 30 times wagering on deposit and bonus could not be offered here. Closest match for casino and sport: Quickbet and BetMGM

Quickbet is the nearest thing to Velobet's layout: a sportsbook and a casino on one site, run by L & L Europe, which holds both casino and betting licences on account 38758. New players choose one welcome. The casino option is 100 Cash Spins at 10p on Big Bass at the Races, whose winnings are paid as cash with no maximum. You deposit and wager £10, activate the offer before depositing, and use the spins within 48 hours. Skrill deposits are excluded. The sports option is a £10 free bet when you bet £10, at minimum odds of 2.0, with the free bet stake taken off any winnings. The register shows no regulatory action. BetMGM has the bigger casino offer of the two. Deposit £10 or more and wager it once on casino games within seven days of registering, and you get 200 free spins on Big Bass Splash at 10p each, valid for three days, with no wagering on the winnings. On the sports side, a £10 bet brings four £10 free bets: two for football accumulators of four or more legs and two for multiples, valid for seven days. BetMGM is run by LeoVegas Gaming PLC (account 39198), which has no regulatory action on the register.

LeoVegas, on the same licence, offers 50 wager-free spins on Big Bass Splash with the same deposit-and-wager-once condition, and £30 in free bets for a £10 bet.

Biggest spin count: Unibet

Unibet gives 300 free spins at 10p on Big Bass Splash when you deposit and stake £30 on slots. That is £30 of spins, the largest face value here, but the winnings carry 10 times wagering, only debit card or instant bank transfer deposits qualify, and the spins expire within 48 hours. The sports welcome is £40 in free bets when you bet £20 at odds of 2.0 or more.

Weigh the operator record as well. On 22 September 2025 the Gambling Commission fined Platinum Gaming Limited £10,000,000, issued a warning and added a licence condition, after finding anti-money laundering and customer interaction failures between January 2023 and May 2024.

Best terms without a sportsbook: MrQ and PlayOJO
